A cozy house with a lot of natural light and a cottage feel surrounded by mature trees, in a quiet neighborhood, you are just few minutes walk from the shores of Lake Ontario and only 10 minutes drive from downtown Kingston and 5 minutes to Queen's University.
The house is clean and in a very good location. Even though you'll have everything you need, the house is 60 year old, and might not be for you if tou are very picky or looking for luxury.
However I would do everything you need for you to enjoy your stay and provide you with anything you might need that's not already in the house.
