Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of downtown Pensacola! This charming cottage offers three cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, making it the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends. Nestled in a prime location, you'll be just steps away from beautiful parks, mouthwatering restaurants, and all the vibrant attractions that downtown Pensacola has to offer. Bring your pet with you on your vacay!(Pet Fee required)

The downtown Pensacola area is changing. Lots of new restaurants, bars, attractions and a minor league baseball stadium. Home to the Navy Blue Angels precision flying team (watch them practice on Tues/Wed am), 2017 Southern Champion Blue Wahoos Double A professional baseball team, and plenty of special events will keep you busy while you are here.

Fantastic location to our downtown Pensacola area. Historical to New homes, make sure you visit Joe Patti's' Seafood Shop, catch a Blue Wahoos baseball game or learn about the history of Pensacola while strolling the downtown streets. Of course, you are about 15 mins to our famous White Sandy Pensacola Beach. We Live Where Others Vacation.

We LOVE the Luna! Repeat customers! It’s comfortable, clean and convenient. We also feel very safe. We enjoyed the Blue Angels and the National Seashore.

Good location and very clean!

The owner was very good at communicating. It's a cute little place to stay near the beach but also close to downtown so you can enjoy both! It was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. I can't speak for the other rooms but the master bed was very comfortable. There is a Dollar General not too far away if you're needing anything. Overall we had a really good stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close to everything! It’s on the smaller side but we were four, two adults, a teen ager and a 10yr old and it was perfect.The property was clean and comfortable! There is a dog park and playground four houses down. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. The price was less than two hotel rooms plus you get the comfort of a full kitchen and living/dining room. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. I recommend for anyone looking for a place to rest your head, save money by cooking your own food, and needing a convenient informal place to convene.

It was very easy for me to get around in the cottage. It was very near my daughter and granddaughter which made it very convenient as well. I would highly recommend it for location as well. It was very near many attractions and restaurants also. It was very clean and the kitchen was one of the most well appointed that I have stayed in.

It was very dog friendly with covers on all the furniture a fully fenced yard and a dog park across the street. I loved the colors, style and art in the house.
