The bach was absolutely perfect, with lots of natural materials on show. The flooring was really nice underfoot. The place is a short troll into Akaroa with many good food and drink options

This was such an incredible place! I was here for a vacation after working in Antarctica and it was the perfect accommodation to relax and explore the banks peninsula. It was very walkable to all parts of town, clean, and had a stunning balcony. The grill was a nice addition as well. I will absolutely be coming back next year.

Private little bach with a nice view, easy walking distance to town and cafes. Nice to hear the birdsong in the morning. Is a very steep drive and entrance, as noted in the description but doable. We enjoyed the location.

Absolutely lovely accommodation, perfect position, tucked away in the native forest surrounded by pohutakawa, kanuka, kowhai and heaps of beautiful birdsong which was lovely to hear as the sun was setting over the hills on the horizon and the water was magic to watch in all it's states of settled, still and even on the drizzly day. Just magic.
