This comfortable central living apartment is in a quiet street, but only 1 block away from Akaroa superb restaurants, cafes and shops.
The apartment consists of 3 levels. A full kitched and living area on the 2nd floor, with a balcony overlookinga courtyard. The bathroom and 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor,with the master bedroom on the 3rd floor.
There is off street parking for 1 car, but space outside on the street for additional vehicles.
A new LG smart TV is available with internet connection WI-FI
A small stroll up the next street will bring you to the Akaroa cinema .
Take an early morning or evening walk along the waterfront to the Lighthouse.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy a nice drink and enjoy the sunset.
There is NO NEED to drive here! you can enjoy the local atmosphere & views.
If you are a food enthusiast, the the Akaroa Cooking School is a "must do" only a 2 min walk!
Akaroa has it all - activities include dolphin watching and swimming with dolphins, guided kayaking,fishing and swimming,hiking,walks and relaxed village atmosphere....
Guests are required to bring sheets/towels and pillowcases. All other bedding is supplied. Hire linen is available thru Akaroa Rental Homes.
