This is a home where you can chill, it is central to a lot of places and access to a piece of the country that almost time has forgotton about, In saying that, this house, was once a little mining house, which is still in the centre of it, we just built around it, so we kept the history of it preserved. Smoking is permitted, but to be outside only, Dogs are not permitted inside the house, section is contained and safe and suitable, with messes cleaned up after use. The deck is suitable for children but infants need to be supervised. Hot water needs to be left turned on at cylinder, and fridge also, sun umbrella can be put on the back deck, putting it away before exiting, bbq is useable but needs to be left clean.
