Sunny private and spacious

Kinloch is a relaxed holiday spot within a short 20 minute drive from Taupo. It is well known for its Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, and its walking and biking trails. Kinloch marina provides safe and easy access to the lake for water sports and fishing. With its stunning lake views and tranquil feel Kinloch offers the perfect getaway place. Playgrounds, tennis courts and the pontoon placed in the lake over summer provides plenty to keep the children entertained.
As this is our holiday home we encourage you to get out and about and enjoy what Kinloch has to offer. We provide a TV with basic channels but if you require Sky this is not the place for you ;) . If we can do anything to help you during your stay please just ask and we will do our best to assist.
PLEASE NOTE.. this booking is for five people. $20 Per night for each extra guest. Maximum of 8 people

Perfect for family get-together!

Awesome! loved the large kitchen/dining/lounge area opening out to a great deck. Ideal for children, including an active toddler. excellent selection of beds and bedrooms. Kinloch is a lovely spot and a perfect meeting place for family travelling from North and South.

Location was excellent. Quality of stay was great. Would have preferred fresh sheets and duvet provided how ever that was the only down side and was written clearly on the description. Outside of that there were games to keep the kids occupied. Open plan living room space made the place ideal when you have alot of kids! Highly recommended.

Kinloch Trip

The property is in a great location near the beach and with quick access to Taupo. Kerry-Anne was very responsive and accommodating as a host. The house had everything we needed (loved the outdoor clothes drying lines!). We really enjoyed our stay in Kinloch and would return to this property.

Perfect Place to Stay!

5 adults and 2 children. Very handy to the outdoors and so much for the kids to do with a park just down the road and the lake for swimming. Very spacious, clean and Kerry-Anne was very easy to deal with. Many thanks!

awesome place

lovely homely house very tidy except BBQ and oven could have been a bit cleaner . but over all i recommend this place to anyone . will stay there again . communication with owner was excellent. thanks

Glad you enjoyed your stay. As advised the neighbour had unlocked the house and left the keys on the bench so we were unsure why you didn't try to open the door but fortunately you eventually did and all was good.

Awesome Accessible & quiet place

We enjoyed fantastic communication from the host right from our initial enquiry. We enjoyed the spacious light filled open plan layout of the kitchen/dining/lounge area. An elderly member of our family group uses a walker and this one level place accommodated her really well. Having the ensuite bedroom enabled her to use her own raised toilet set without having to share with anyone else. Thankyou for opening your holiday home for others like us to stay.

We love the outdoors and Kinloch was just the perfect spot for us. With so many biking trails and the easy access to the lake for fishing and water sports, not to forget the delightful 9 hole golf course, we feel spoilt for choice. there is always something for us to do and should the weather not be so kind then its off to the hot pools in Taupo!

Our holiday home is situated on a large section with plenty of space for backyard games and a good size deck to relax and soak up the sun. Deck chairs and outside seating is supplied. Nearby playground, tennis court, golf course, walking trails and biking trails give endless choices of activities
