3 Bed 2 Bath Private Pool Home. Perfect for Both Off Road and Lake Activities!

Three bedroom private home backs to a wash. Over 1100 square feet of boat-deep garage. off-road trail access nearby. 650 square foot covered back patio. Side RV parking with full hookups. King beds in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Queen bed and bunk bed in second guest bedroom. Smart TV's in all bedrooms and living room. High speed internet and WiFi provided. Pets considered with fee. Putting green in back yard. Six person multi-jet spa on the rear patio! There is no additional fee to use the spa. Heating for the pool is available for an additional charge based on gallons of propane used.

Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This was a perfect house to accommodate our family spring break vacation. It had something for everyone and was the perfect place for the granparents to enjoy their young grandkids. The back patio and poolside set-up were so relaxing for grilling, hanging out, and visiting with each other while the kids played in the pool. The kids lived in the pool with the wide variety of pool toys. We enjoyed the little putting green too (also worked great for our bocci ball game). We are very thankful we could bring our dogs since they are family too. I was a little sad when we closed the door behind us as we left but we left with some great memories. The house was totally self contained as far as entertainment, which is good because it's not a super quick trip to shopping. Would absolutely recommend this house to families looking to catch up on some quality time together!

This home was absolutely amazing and so well appointed. As far as cleanliness? It was like walking into a model home. Comfort? We felt as though we were walking into our own home!! Rentals usually feel as though your getting the minimum with a few basic essentials. Not the case with this home!! Everything and anything we needed seemed to be one drawer pull away!! The pool and hot tub were amazing and just what us grandparents needed to relax and hear the joyful squeals from the grandkids!! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. While surrounded by homes we never ever felt as though our privacy was being encroached upon. Five stars does not cover this amazing property. Thanks again, and we will definitely pass on to anyone we hear of visiting Lake Havasu about this home!!

This place was amazing! 6 of us stayed here and we had a great time. We didn’t feel cramped at all. House was super clean, check in was very easy. Pool was shaded after a long day on the river which was a big plus. Garage is huge! Host is very nice and responsive. We plan on being regulars here !

We had a great time at Steve and Julie’s-they had everything we needed as well as stuff we didn’t even think of but were glad to have! Everything was clean and we really enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was super quiet and nice as well. We would absolutely stay again in the future if they’ll have us back!
