Lovely cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The home is well-equipped and beautifully furnished. Rachel is a great host and sent me a dropped pin to reach the cabin at night since the roads were harder to see in the dark. The beds were all comfy and the house was clean upon our arrival. We enjoyed using the fire pit at night. The kitchen had everything (pots, pans, etc) we needed to cook meals. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Kings River Getaway

We had a great time. The house and accommodations were fantastic. It was quiet with easy access to the river and only 15 minutes to town. Kayaks definitely took it up a notch! Five stars for sure, we are looking forward to a return trip.

This place was absolutely amazing!! It boasted beautiful furnishings and design with comfort kept in mind. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The location was quiet, secluded, and peaceful!! We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoons on the river and easy day trips to Fayetteville and Eureka Springs. The host was a joy to communicate with as well. Thanks for a lovely vacation to unwind and unplug!!

This was perfection!

Our group of friends had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous riverfront house over the weekend. It was sparkling clean, gorgeous, and super comfortable. The river is so close, and the deck situation was so lovely- we really enjoyed every moment.

Amazingly quiet with plenty to do!

The house was brand new and the property was perfect for our family of 5. All three boys had a blast on the zip line, fishing and kayaking in the river! The house was beyond clean and had EVERYTHING we could have needed, plus more. Its modern style was extremely comfortable and fun to stay in. This will be a place we book again!

Perfect rental

This place is gorgeous! The owners were great they actually showed us the house before it became available to rent (so nice of them). We stayed here as a family for my son’s wedding recently and it was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone and so nice and cozy. We loved the huge windows in the living area, it was so nice to sit on the couch and drink our coffee while we enjoyed the beautiful trees in the yard and family time. The kiddos enjoyed going down to the river and skipping rocks and the zipline! We were not able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit due to the fire ban but hopefully next time we can do that, as I love sitting outside by a good fire and spending time with my family reminiscing! We will definitely be booking again!

This property far exceeded expectations set from every other vacation rental we have stayed at. The huge yard, private river access, kids zipline, beautifully built and decorated home, picturesque cliff wall views, professional kitchen, this place is more like a luxury home than a cabin. The built in queen bunk beds are no joke, you could comfortably sleep 8 in that room alone without disturbing anyone’s sleep or feeling cramped. So much indoor and outdoor living space. Very kid and pet friendly. Kids feedback “The zipline and kayaks were amazing, 6 stars!”Pet feedback (Lab) “Sooo much space to run around outside!”Parents feedback “This place is amazing! Do you think they would ever sell and we could just come live here and never leave?”I believe we have found our default home away from home!

Picture perfect!!

My husband and I took this trip for our 25 year anniversary with our dog. This house is picture perfect just as it seems in the listing. We had amazing location on the riverfront. It was absolutely stunning. The amenities at this house were spectacular with everything you could possibly need. When heavy rains fell the night of our arrival, Rachel was quick to contact us the next day about the rising river levels. With such heavy rains most the activities we had planned at state parks, and other scenic drives were canceled due to road conditions and flooding. But even with all of our activities canceled, we were very content to stay at the house for the entire time only leaving for an hour or two a couple of days. We are already planning on when we can come back and stay at this house again to enjoy the river and all the local scenery.

Fabulous

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. It was pricey, but worth it to us. The home is beautiful and modern and it was extremely clean. Above and beyond your average rental in this part of the world. Finding it was a challenge as we used the map feom the website but it took us to another location 18 miles away. Finally was able to get a correct mapping of the location. Upon arrival to the entry road it has no signage, only no tresspassing signs and road number. But we confirmed it was the right location. But the grounds, the home, the quality of every detail, from the plush and detailed bed linens, awesome huge couch and great tv, to the lux kitchen with quality dishes and appliances, to the awesome outdoor space, it was perfect. It cost more but its worth it. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail throughout. Totally enjoyed the grounds. Its in a very quiet little neighborhood, plenty of privacy, and just great overall. I would highly recommend this place. The river was not roaring in August, but still has a beautiful spot to walk to on the riverbank and a great fire pit seating area under the massive trees. Lots of birds too. Not too far to town. Fabulous.

Perfect, peaceful getaway!

We wanted comfortable and contemporary accommodations in a countryside setting and we GOT IT! A gorgeous and spacious 2 bedroom home with all the modern conveniences we wanted: fully equipped kitchen with double oven, farm sink, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, blender, coffee pot, dishwasher, large fridge and all the cooking utensils/dishes you could need. They even had a full rack of spices, so you don’t have to have bland chicken! The kids loved the full sized double bunk beds in their bedroom that came with cute books, a rocking armchair and a TV. The primary bedroom was gorgeous with cozy views out the windows and access to the screened in patio. The living area was perfect for relaxing with a movie, playing games (which they had several available) and napping on the couch! My kids really loved the huge yard, disc golf, zip line and access to the river. We grilled on the deck and roasted marshmallows over the back deck solo stove. It was quiet, peaceful and gorgeous with lots of birds to spot and squirrels scurrying about. The host was easy accessible via text and so accommodating. Truly a must stay spot! We will be back!
