Comfy rooms and well-stocked kitchen, fabulous view and pet-friendly, the cottage was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate fall break and an early Thanksgiving meal with family.Close to great restaurants and to Holiday Isle, where our grandkids were staying. Watching the birds in the early morning and listening to the fish jump in the evening were two of my favorite thing to do.

Beautiful sunsets over the marsh in a very quiet area. This is an older property but very comfortable and clean. We will be back!

The house was clean, but you could tell it was an older property. The kitchen stove was a trick to cook on.

We had such a lovely time! The home was clean and comfortable and pet friendly! We had everything we needed. The view is beautiful. The back deck is a perfect place for morning coffee and the pier was nice to sit on and just relax! Quiet area very close to everything. Our kids were home from college and we just wanted a long weekend away to relax and that’s exactly what we did. Everything about the process was easy as well.

Property is dated but very comfortable and clean. The stove probably needs to be replaced as the eyes don’t sit properly. A good coat of paint could really bring this property up a notch. Overall we had a great time of fishing off the dock and caught quite the haul. Thank you for a wonderful time of fishing and family time even though it rained a lot we still had a great time.

Kitchen still needs updating, or at least get the correct burners for the range. The shower in the master needs updating, at least a better shower head. The lights on the stairs don’t work and we couldn’t find switches for the lights under the house. All that being said it was clean, quiet and had excellent AC. The view was lovely and we enjoyed fishing on the pier. I would rent it again.

Great location and very clean! Pet friendly and plenty of space. Unfortunately, the seasonal termites had no problem getting into the home through the underside of the door on the last day of our stay. The door is not sealed and the home ended up infested with hundreds of flying termites. The rental company said this was normal so I would prepare ahead of time during the termite seasons.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, pet friendly setup, and spaciousness of the home. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the seasonal termites during your final night. Certain times of year on the island can bring increased termite activity, and they can sometimes find even very small gaps around doors and entry points. That said, we want to do everything possible to limit their access to the home. We have taken your feedback regarding the door seal seriously, and our maintenance team is actively working to improve it. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your feedback has been shared with our team as we continue working to improve the guest experience.
