Lovely accomodation in an excellent location

Our second time staying here with these lovely hosts. Accomodation is fantastic and location perfect for beach and access to Annecy.

Fantastic Place

Beautiful property with beach, bakery, and shops all within walking distance. Set in a stunning location and very thoughtfully stocked. Michelle and Gerard are wonderful hosts, and the kids loved the boules, table tennis, and skittles. Thanks for a great stay!

Very cozy appartment. Everything was clean and functional, sufficient kitchen equipment and enough chairs. Had a good night rest due to good mattresses, and including window blinds and air conditition in each room. Good working stable WiFi.Owners are very friendly, and available for questions, however very respecting of their guests privacy.There are lots of nearby activities, with bus connection and beach at walking distance.

Excellent séjour, bel appartement confortable

Nous avons passĂ© une belle semaine chez MichĂšle et GĂ©rard avec nos 3 adolescents. La rĂ©gion a satisfait toute la famille, avec des balades tous niveaux ainsi que de nombreuses activitĂ©s nautiques, sans oublier Annecy, la vieille ville, et ses nombreux magasins. L’appartement Ă©tait idĂ©al et les photos sont conformes. Un charmant balcon pour prendre son cafĂ© le matin ou un apĂ©ritif en soirĂ©e avec une superbe vue sur le lac. Les lits sont trĂšs confortables, la salle de bain est moderne, et la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut. La wifi marche bien. La plage se situe Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied, les courses se font Ă  pied sans problĂšme, et le bus pour se rendre Ă  Annecy (gratuit en Ă©tĂ©) est Ă  20 mĂštres. MichĂšle et GĂ©rard sont d’excellents hĂŽtes, discrets et Ă  l’écoute, et qui connaissent la rĂ©gion mieux que l’office de tourisme :)

TrÚs bon séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans l’appartement de Michelle et GĂ©rard. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueilli. L’appartement est trĂšs propre. Michelle et Gerard nous avait laissĂ© Ă  disposition tout le matĂ©riel nĂ©cessaire pour accueillir un bĂ©bĂ© (lit, baignoire, rĂ©hausseur) c’était trĂšs apprĂ©ciable ! La maison est trĂšs bien placĂ©e, proche de la plage et des commerces et bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’une vue imprenable sur le lac. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce logement !

SĂ©jour extra, la plage Ă  la montagne!

Excellent sĂ©jour! L'appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et situĂ©, Ă  5 min Ă  pied de la plage Brune (baignade et activitĂ©s nautiques), au pied du Mont Veyrier. Possible Ă©galement de rayonner facilement en vĂ©lo ou en bus (piste cyclable et arrĂȘt de bus au pied de la maison) vers les sites /villages alentours ou les balades en montagne (col de la Forclaz, Talloires, cascades, chĂąteau de Menthon,...) Les hĂŽtes GĂ©rard et Michelle sont trĂšs sympathiques et attentionnĂ©s. On recommande!

super séjour

appartement propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© , des propriĂ©taires d'une grande gentillesse, trĂšs rĂ©actifs et pas envahissants , au top.La maison est situĂ©e entre deux routes, proche du lac et avec accĂšs direct Ă  la piste cyclable . il y a du passage mais pour ma part cela ne m'a pas gĂȘnĂ© , on est en ville et avec des vacanciers donc .... Pour rĂ©sumer accueil excellent , bonne situation , proche d'Annecy et des Aravis Dany
