Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space curated by the Styling Properties team and located at the gateway to the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula. Enjoy this family and pet friendly house. Centrally located directly opposite the Clifton Springs Golf Club. A short 5 min walk to the foreshore, boat ramp, tennis courts, lawn bowls and golf club. A short 7 min drive to Jack Rabbit, Terindah Estate and the Whiskery. 5 min drive to Drysdale with supermarkets & restaurants. Our home is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property with a separate bungalow that accommodates 2 people comfortably with french doors out to the courtyard. The property is fully fenced and perfect for travelling pets and kids. Fully functioning kitchen (with Breville coffee machine!) to whip up family meals. Weber gas bbq for outdoor entertaining, or soak in our our deep relaxing bath. The bedroom configurations includes: Master with ensuite & King Bed, Bed 2 with Queen bed, Bed 3 with 2 Single beds, Bed 4 (Bungalow) - Queen bed with half bath (toilet)
