Getting Around
We recommend getting a rental car as that is the best way to see the most out of St. Thomas but if you prefer taxis, that’s no problem for this location! Pineapple Village is in a great, central location and being at Margaritaville makes it convenient to grab a taxi when you need

* Red Hook (6-Minute Drive): Bars, restaurants, shopping, and the ferry to St. John, it’s all just a quick trip from your door.
* More Beaches, More Fun: Explore nearby gems like Lindquist Beach, Sapphire Beach, and Secret Harbor, all within easy reach.
- Cost U Less & The Market (groceries) – 11 minutes, most affordable place to grab groceries on the island. Some items are in bulk but most are not.
- Havensite shops + Pirate Museum – 20 minutes, lots of shopping options. The Pirate Museum is open when cruise ships are in port and is fun way to learn about the history of the island.

Island Tings
This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your balcony. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.

Beautifully decorated wwith a private courtyard and large mango tree for shading! Had washer/dryer, dishwasher 3 bedrooms 4baths perfect for our family. Beds were clean and comfortable and the pool area was lovely.

We had a great stay, the place had just switched to a new mgmt co last minute but they went out of their way to help with anything we needed. We explored the island and St. John’s. Nothing was more than a 10-15 minute drive. Spent making memories with family. Thank you !!!

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable, the property manager was helpful with any questions we had. The condos is in the Margaritaville hotel area, it would be nice if we could have used that pool but you have to have bands. The condo pool is nice but the other one had music, bar/ restaurant. But we still enjoyed the condo poolWe rented a jeep and yes they drive on the left and there are some tight turns but we did pretty good! Go to the mountain top, the views are amazing! We to took the car ferry to St. John on cruise ship day. There are so many beaches, are favorites were Trunk, Cinnamon, (St. John) Maho and Magens ! We had a wonderful time and made some great family beach memories

Perfect Girls Trip!!We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our summer getaway! This condo was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip with my daughters and granddaughters. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was bright, clean, and beautifully decorated with that breezy island vibe that instantly put us in vacation mode.The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, Coki Beach, and Coral World Marine Park, where we snorkeled and even spotted sea turtles! The pool was a big hit for all ages, and we loved having plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy breakfast together before heading out for the day’s adventures.We also appreciated how close we were to Red Hook for restaurants, shopping, and the ferry to St. John. Most importantly, this was a place where we could laugh, relax, and create beautiful memories together. My granddaughters are already asking when we can come back — and so am I! Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect St. Thomas!!

Great location and very spacious condo

Great location. Right next door to Margaritaville. There’s also a small breakfast/lunch/convenience store in the plaza. We got coffees, cookies, beer, water, sandwiches. It was about a 2 minute walk from the unit. The condo complex is dated but the unit is very spacious. Comfortable beds and Having a washer and dryer was a plus. TV in the bedrooms were also something that we loved. The middle bedroom didn’t have a tv but my son used his phone to watch something before bed. We loved the outdoor sitting area. The pool is very quiet. We walked over there a few times and both times there were only a few other people. We did have an issue with no hot water in the master bedroom. We contacted management and they got back to us a few days later and came out to check it out while we weren’t there. They said it worked fine but each time we tried the water never got hot. It wasn’t a huge issue since we were able to shower in a different bathroom. The 2 middle bedroom bathrooms get plenty of hot water. We were able to get an early check in and a later check out without any issues. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
