There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

Overall this was excellent. I thought it was weird that no washcloths were provided. We had to go buy washcloths at Walgreens. I also saw other people in there buying some, so maybe this whole complex doesn't provide washcloths, but that is typically provided. We left the washcloths as well, so ?There was no single use laundry packs. Usually there is a single use pack. We had to buy this as well.The floor was coming up in several places which isn't reflected in the online photos. Overall the property was very nice and clean. Location was great.

Pool Construction Not Disclosed

My biggest tiff with the property management is they did not disclose the pool was under construction. While there was a second pool to journey to somewhere on the property, there were no signs and no people around to ask. When I asked the management company about that fact that they did not know about the construction they went radio silent. You need to disclose these things for vacationers to know how to plan their days. Not the end of the world but we did plan a pool day. I asked for a night credit and received no response.

For the condo: It is 3 levels, a bedroom/bathroom on the ground level, your kitchen-living room is on the second level with a half bath, and on the 3rd level is 2 bedrooms with both having their own bathrooms. The making the climb from ground level to the 3rd floor is not for the weak or elderly. For the house accommodations: the kitchen offers all your needed supplies, except hand towels or dish rags. None of the bathrooms had hand soap or hand towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The main living space was very spacious, and the games provided were great for entertainment. I was disappointed in the balcony area as it was not big enough to sit on, no outside space to enjoy the Florida sun. There was only room to park 1 car, we had to park our second car in different parking lot.We spent 3 days in the Universal Parks - Epic is not in walking distance IMO, this condo was conveniently located, to all attractions. There were not any "instructions" for the property - pool, game room, map. But we got it figured out. The hosts did let us check in early and that was extremely helpful. Check out was easy. I did have to communicate with the host a couple of times and they responded quickly. Vista Cay: is a small resort, i felt safe and secure. There are 2 pool areas, the main one offers food/snacks, a nice splash pad for the littles, a shop and bar within a short walk from the condo. The second pool area was very nice and always seemed quieter
