Very Spacious

The outside looks dated, but inside it was remodeled. There were coffee pods, creamer and snacks set out. The two living rooms were very convenient. Both had large TV’s. It was only a 14 minute drive to the beach and close to a cute downtown area. My son loved the basketball shoot downstairs and the game console.

House is fine, but a few things to know:- The bathroom door locks do not actually lock.- The walls are VERY thin. I could hear the TV at the back of the house on low volume all the way in the bedroom by the front door.- All the beds are extremely creaky, especially the front bedroom. I woke up multiple times just from my partner rolling over, even though I was wearing ear plugs.- The back door by the driveway is at street level, but you have to go up an 8-step stairway inside the house to get to every other room but the game/laundry room. - The house stays very humid even with AC on. We had to sleep with our bedroom door open all night to keep it from getting uncomfortable.Otherwise, it’s a nice house with a good host and a quiet location. A few changes would make it much more comfortable.

Great experience

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Enough space for our large family. It was also a great location. Far enough away, but close enough to drive to the beach. The only thing I wish would’ve been different was there wasn’t enough a paper product left for use for us. Others than that, five stars!

Lovely East Hill home

This lovely East Hill centrally located home is a very comfortable quiet refuge from the busy downtown activities, but still very close downtown and the airport too. The hosts has thought of everything, even an ADA compliant bathroom. The decor is modern and neutral, the house was very clean and had all the amenities to help us enjoy our stay. We had more than enough room to spread out with all of the living spaces. Thank you to our hostOne side note: We recommend low clearance cars park on Maura street.

For the most part, this place was Ok. Little things could have been improved...like...one of the bathroom sinks had a real 'slow' drain. The bbq/grill set up was marginal at best. The back door always locked behind you and would NOT open with the code - we had to go to the front door every time we came back from being out. Very limited on kitchen items (pots, pans, silverware, utensils, basic spices, bags and wraps, etc...). Still, for a guys golf weekend in Pensacola, it 'worked'.

Unfortunately, we could not stay as the house smelled of mold and mildew. The owner/manager was very gracious and agreed to refund my money as he was somewhat aware of the issue. However, 3 weeks later I am still waiting on a refund. House was not in a good area as I was informed by local residents.
