The Sandpiper Beach complex is a thoughtfully restored community, featuring a variety of amenities including a refreshing pool, BBQ grills, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and plenty of parking for residents and guests. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool or enjoying a sunset over the Gulf, this island retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty.
Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in-suite washer & dryer, community BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, boardwalk to beach access, NO elevators! Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets Allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
