Experience the best of Papamoa from this brand-new, thoughtfully designed three-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Just a 2-minute stroll to the beach and one of Papamoa’s top surf breaks, this modern retreat offers effortless comfort and stylish interiors. Whether you're a family, couple, or small group, Sun & Salt is the perfect place to unwind, explore, and soak up the coastal lifestyle.
Step inside to an open-plan living space bathed in natural light, featuring contemporary furnishings and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for home cooking, complete with quality appliances and a pod coffee machine for your morning brew. The dining and lounge areas provide a relaxing space to gather, while large sliding doors open to a sun-drenched patio, perfect for alfresco dining with the BBQ.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before unwinding with a drink in the private outdoor area. For those keen to make the most of the surf, complimentary surfboards are available for guest use.
The three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each designed for comfort and convenience. The master bedroom includes a comfortable bed, ample storage, and the added privacy of an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a built-in desk, while the third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. The second bathroom features modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
Located in a prime spot, this home is just a minutes walk the beach, a short drive to local cafes, bars, shopping and supermarkets. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, this stylish retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
Other things to note - The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age - All linen is provided excluding beach towels - please bring your own - Strictly no parties or gatherings

Payment Terms: Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Guest Portal: You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival. Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.
Bond Hold: A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found. Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
These terms are designed to ensure the smooth processing of your reservation and to account for any potential damages or additional cleaning required during your stay.
