Relaxing stay at the Lac d'Annecy

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There is everything needed for a few days. Direct acces to the water with free bikes and SUP.Lovely and friendly host. Parking is right at the entrance.Thanks for the stay!

Très beau studio près du lac avec magnifique vue et accès direct à l'eau. Juste un petit bémol, très peu d'espace lorsque le canapé convertible faisant office de lit est déplié.

Studio met magnifiek uitzicht op het meer en de bergen

De studio is smaakvol ingericht en met een bijzonder complete uitrusting: olijfolie, boter, kleine potjes jam en afwasmiddel zijn voorradig bij aankomst zodat je niet de noodzaak voelt om meteen naar de winkel te gaan. Maar ook het schattige servies , de handdoeken, alles is ruim voorhanden. De inrichting is rustiek, gezellig. De fietsen bij de studio hebben ons de gelegenheid gegeven om de auto (grotendeels) te laten staan. Je bent vanuit de studio heel dichtbij het fietserspad. Dat is ideaal. De eigenaresse en haar man zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De streek is heel mooi en er is veel te zien aan natuurschoon. Het enige wat ons als Nederlanders tegenviel, was dat er gedurende de middag weinig terrassen open waren om even iets te drinken en iets kleins te eten. Dat kan wel in Annecy, maar rondom het meer liggen er vooral restaurants die de keuken voor warme maaltijden open hebben rond het middaguur en dan gesloten zijn van 14-18 ongeveer. Het eetcafé zoals wij dat kennen, is er nauwelijks. Nogmaals in Annecy zijn terrassen en restaurants wél in overvloed aanwezig en de hele dag open.

Appartement conforme à l annonce. Propre, avec de quoi faire un repas et un petit déjeuner. Pouvoir se promener sur la piste cyclable en admirant la vue est très agréable. Et la vue, juste wahou avec en prime l'accès direct au lac. Recommande à 3 000%

Tout était parfait. L'accueil, (merci pour le chocolat, les bouteilles d'eau, jus de fruits, beurre, confiture... même les glaçons étaient prêts !). Merci pour le prêt des vélos et des paddles. Terrasse magnifique. on ne peut pas être plus près du lac ! Piste cyclable à 50 m. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Superbe weekend

Séjour en famille

Tout était parfait : l’accueil , le studio cosy et fonctionnel , le jardin et l'accès direct au lac. Sans oublier la mise à disposition de 2 vélos et d’un paddle. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Catherine. L’emplacement est exceptionnel, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac et les montagnes (le jardin dispose d’ailleurs d’un accès direct au lac). Le studio quant à lui est complètement refait à neuf. Il est très fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Enfin, Catherine et son mari ont été d’une extrême gentillesse, et ont tout fait pour que nous ne manquions de rien. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
