Given the open layout of the back patio, these cameras provide comprehensive coverage of the entire back deck, including the back door. The cameras are clearly visible, ensuring that their presence is known for your peace of mind and protection. I'mGlad that you enjoyed the house and the stay."

We could not get into the property because the code we were provided did not work. When we finally got a hold of the host, she was exceptionally rude. There is a hot tub, but they only provide one towel per person so we had no towels to use once we got out of the hot tub. A family member left their glasses there and the host said she would return them, but it has been over a month and she has not. The house is in a lower/middle class neighborhood. The renovations on the house look nice, but definitely not worth the price. There are no toiletries provided, and only a few low end coffee pods. We had to buy hand soap and dishwashing liquid for a one night stay. I would not recommend this property.

We aim to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests; when our team checked in multiple times during this stay, no issues were reported. To clarify entry, our keypad functions properly but will temporarily lock out for security if an incorrect code is entered multiple times, which is why backup lockbox access is readily available. We provide standard starter supplies of dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags for convenience, and we always encourage guests to reach out if they need extra amenities like additional towels. Regarding the misplaced glasses, we can confirm they were successfully mailed back to the address provided by your family once shipping arrangements were finalized. We take pride in our welcoming, quiet neighborhood and remain dedicated to maintaining a high standard of service.

Whether you’re looking for an exciting adventure or a peaceful retreat, this home caters to every need. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The host didn’t leave a stone unturned.Some of my favorite highlights included the luxurious hot tub, which was perfect for soaking away the stresses of the day, and the spacious backyard featuring a delightful jacuzzi. The entertainment room was a true gem, complete with a stage that sparked my creativity, and a Bluetooth speaker that allowed me to vibe out to my favorite tunes.This house was full of wonderful surprises, each catering to a variety of guests, whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or family. The host herself was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional, always available to help us navigate our stay.
