Spacious and fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bath town home with an enclosed sun room overlooking a finger of Lake Thurmond. Free WiFi, TV, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy golf, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and hiking around beautiful Lake Thurmond. Unit includes 1 vehicle space. There is NO room for trailers or boats. 4 nearby state parks, 70,.000 acre Lake Thurmond, miles of nature trails, 2 championship golf courses, 40 minute drive from Augusta, GA.
For boat owners only: there is boat parking nearby at the Savannah Lakes Marina parking lot. You will need to arrange with them directly.

I did not see the lake view from the home. I found shops nearby. The setting was quiet, safe, and very accessible to/from nature settings/state parks, water, etc.

The place was clean and spacious enough. The description that included info about a hot tub & pool was a bit misleading with no direction as to how to access the facilities. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Unit had a smell , funiture & bedding , like grandmothers do , she Doesnt wash too often , i sprayed down every day with lysol Did NOT help . Needs Deep cleaning On list to do before check out DO NOT remove sheets from beds you use AC was ok , BUT if they have not had , box fans and floor fan Might not been too comfortable It was ok , but not sure id book it again

I'm so sorry to hear about your issues with the unit. We had recently removed the carpet to replace with LVT and I think that may have created the problem.
