Amazing location with beautiful views of Bear Lake. The layout was perfect for our group and the location right next to the community club house was the cherry on top. Access to the private beach was much appreciated. Beds were extremely comfortable and the primary bathroom with the clawfoot tub and dual head shower were amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was fantastic, plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kids played with their cousins in various parts of the house and had fun at the private beach and the pools at the club house. The adults played games at the home and enjoyed the views of Bear Lake while relaxing on the decks. It was a wonderful experience just being there during this beautiful time of year.

This is a beautiful home located in "The Reserve". The home is fully stocked and includes access to swimming pools, a hot tub, and nearby beach. It has a large kitchen and roomy gathering spaces along with plenty of private space for all family members. My grandchildren especially enjoyed the game areas. The host is easy to communicate with and was good at keeping us informed all along the way.

We loved how close this house was to pickle ball courts, the pool, exercise room in the clubhouse and even a frisbee golf mini course! The house was awesome too, and the views of the lake and sunsets were amazing! It fit the 20 of us just about perfectly! We definitely want to come back again!

We had such an amazing time at this property. We loved being so close to the pool and clubhouse. And the private beach was a game changer for our experience at the lake. It was so convenient for being close to the house when the littles needed to go back for naps and lunch after a morning of boating. The kitchen was well stocked and had every convenience of being at home. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful house, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a big group. The kids loved the golf simulator. The weather was crappy so we stayed inside most of the time and played games. The living spaces were big and comfortable and the views of the lake are amazing!!
