Jenna’s Retreat by the Bay

Fully fenced, dog friendly location (2 dogs maximum), your own little piece of paradise.

Jenna's Retreat is a small two bedroom brick house suitable for couples or families, located behind the main house. Each cozy bedroom offers a queen sized bed, fan and TV to make your stay more comfortable.

The bathroom includes gas hot water, full sized shower, vanity and toilet.

A modern kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, SMEG Coffee machine (ground beans provided) and toaster, kettle and everything you need to prepare your meals.

The lounge area has dining table with 4 chairs, air conditioning, a fan, TV and lounge that can be converted to a double sized bed (this takes up the majority of the small living area).

The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer along with a second toilet for your convenience.

Additional standard features includes NBN fibre to the house with unlimited data usage (to state the obvious, no illegal downloads please), recliner sun lounges, a hammock, BBQ and small table and chair to sit on the balcony. There are plenty of books to read, some card games, two shiatsu back and shoulder massagers and an Atari flashback console - wether you want to relax after a day at the beach or have fun playing games, we’ve got you covered.

We provide all linen, pillows, blankets, bath and beach towels. Small Google nest mini so you can play some tunes while chilling out in a nice relaxing space.
Whilst there is no official working area, you have NBN fibre connected to the house and the breakfast bar or dining table can be easily used for work purposes.
Additional items available on request include a fire pit, high chair & portable cot (no charge).
Your space is fully fenced and has a grass area at the back. We allow medium dogs (max 2) but require a high standard of cleanliness within the house (not on furniture), additional charges apply for pet hair or damage. No cats sorry. There is a grass area at the back of the house. Please do not leave your dog unattended on the premises.

Guest access: You have the entire back house and yard to yourselves.
Access to the house is along the side of the main house (opposite side to driveway access and near the boat).
The driveway is shared with owners and has room for one vehicle, on street parking is available.

Owner Interaction: Owners live on the property in the front house, along with two occasionally vocal, elderly bulldogs who may say hello when you enter the property!
We are happy to interact as much or little as you like and can provide advice on things to do and see in the area.
Interaction is entirely on your terms.

Other Information to note: NO SMOKING or VAPES inside the house. An ashtray is located under the sink in the kitchen for use outside only. Any indication of smoking inside will incur additional charges starting at $500.

Dog friendly (2 maximum) - strictly no pets on the beds or furniture, any pet hair on bedding or damage from pets will incur additional charges (starting at $150). No cats or other pets allowed. Please do not leave your pet unattended on the property.

If you make use of the bbq, please clean it. An additional charge of $50 will apply for not cleaning the bbq after use.
