Clean, comfortable and just as listed

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as listed ā€” spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials we needed. It was such a treat to have our own little private pool to relax in, and we also really enjoyed spending time at the beautiful resort pool. The space was very comfortable overall. The only small suggestion would be to consider updating the couch, but it didnā€™t take away from our experience. Overall, a great stay and weā€™d definitely return!

Poor

Bad communication with management. Very dangerous giving the wrong code for unit someone unit. Water park did not have access per clubhouse. It took three days for someone to change the code for our unit. The unit was not as clean as it should have been.

Weā€™re sorry to hear your stay didnā€™t meet expectations. We do want to clarify that all guests have access to the water park, as confirmed by the resort. Regarding the door code, there was a rare overlap where two homes briefly had the same code. While this was not due to sharing it with another guest, we acknowledge it did take longer than ideal to fully resolve, and we appreciate your patience as our team worked to fix it by the second day. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we would have gladly addressed any issues if brought to our attention during your stay. ā€”Wonder Vacation Homes
