Welcome to Pepe - a cute coastal cottage that is guaranteed to steal your heart! This stunning oasis, nestled in large mature gardens enjoys peace and serenity in the small village of Erowal Bay - just meters from the water's edge and a short drive to Hyams Beach.

Enjoy glimpses of the water from our front verandah, relax in the private backyard, cook up a storm in the wood fire pizza oven, soak up the sun on our huge deck or light the fire pit (outside of bush fire season) and enjoy the incredible night sky.

Inside, this fully renovated cottage is drenched in character and style. All the furnishings are new whilst the coastal decor and wood panelling reminds you you're on a serene seaside escape. With two good sized bedrooms, large comfy couch and open plan dining area, there's space to relax, whilst still enjoying a cosy feel. With a modern kitchen and bathroom, plus a further bathroom and laundry off the back deck, you're set with all the modern amenities you need.

If you're looking to be near the beach, Hyams, the Booderee National Park, Vincentia and Huskisson's white sands are just a short drive away. Whilst here in Erowal Bay you're just far enough to enjoy a far more peaceful retreat and of course, the glimmering water of St Georges Basin is just at the end of our street. If you're a keen fisher, you are bringing your boat or you love to get out on a SUP or kayak or just enjoy reading on the banks of the lake, there is so much to enjoy here.
