Overall, our stay was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were also clean and had lots of privacy. The main living area including the kitchen was also very clean and well kept with the exception of the area rug. I have an 11 month old that I had to throw a blanket on the floor on top of the area rug for her play. The pool size was the perfect size for our small family and the heated pool was the perfect temp once it heated up. The host was very responsive to my messages which was very appreciative! PERFECT LOCATION TO EVERYTHING!!! I loved the resort amenities! Definitely wouldn't mind staying here again.

The property was very clean. The pictures were accurate. You need to make sure that you bring everything you need for this place. There is absolutely nothing left behind. From coffee filters to sugar to salt and pepper anything that you need you’ll need to bring. I also recommend bringing your own towels, the one supplied are not good.

House was mostly clean other than showers. There is not a hot tub. There is bare minimum toilet paper, paper towels and trash brags. If you’re staying more than a day or two you will need to get more. Only a couple of wash clothes were provided and towel quality is terrible. House location is nice and neighborhood was pretty quiet. Community pool is nice.

Overall the unit is okay. The first day there we got an email checking on how was everything going and to let them know if we needed anything. I responded that there was only 1 lounge chair for a 4 bedroom unit. No response at all after repeated follow up emails. I finally looked up a different email address and they responded quickly with - sorry there is only 1. You can see other units behind you and they have 2. To turn on the fan/light in the downstairs bedroom you literally have to stand up on top of the bed and use the short pull chains. You need to ration your toilet paper and paper towels b/c you get 1 roll per bathroom. No cleaning products are there for the counters/tables. Also ration your trash bags b/c you get 3 for a family of 7 for 7 days. I understand they want to make money on you, but that is a bit ridiculous. Also the blender leaks out the bottom when you try to use it. If you use the hair dryer in the downstairs bathroom it usually trips the breaker. The upstairs bedroom door doesn’t close. It is possible another unit in the same complex would be better maintained. The water park you can use was great and the gkids enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful time here, it was exactly as described! The little pool was perfect for my kids after a long day at the parks, they couldn’t stay out. We had a light bulb blow in our bathroom and Edney responded right away offering to get maintenance there. Our only complaint was the towel quality which was really a minor complaint. After that, it was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely go back again!

This is our 3rd townhouse at Storey Lake that we have stayed in. This one had the most comfortable beds out of all of them so far. My husband is a chef, he wishes there were more kitchen utensils. We made do with what there was. It was nice and clean, everything was decorrated nicely. It was overall a great stay!

Casa nova, limpa, exatamente como descrita. Local de fácil acesso. Sempre optamos por ficar nessa região do Storey Lake quando vamos à Orlando, é muito calma e segura. O host foi muito atencioso atendeu rapidamente quando foi solicitado contato.
