***PARKING***
There is free parking on the driveway for three cars, no garage parking. If there are more than three cars, you can find public parking. You'll need to ask about the Milton City website.

***NOTE***
You will rent the entire house. You will NOT share any house amenities with anyone.

***CLEANING & SUPPLIES***
Our professional cleaners will wash all linens (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, towels, etc.) for you. The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated before each guest's arrival. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay. Book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.
Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the Entire house. We believe in total privacy. Feel free to make the most of the available amenities, nearby attractions allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Other things to note
Please make sure to leave everything as it was upon arrival.

Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage, which may lead to possible charges.

Garage access is NOT available. You will receive complete check-in instructions a day before your check-in time.

Property is monitored with exterior cameras & noise monitoring system. No late night parties allowed please

Guests with any negative host feedback may be asked for a refundable surety deposit for their stay. This will be requested during the booking process, collected via VRBO and returned to the guest upon departure and inspection by our cleaner assuming there have been no house rules violations or damages. We appreciate hosting respectful guests and this surety helps us maintain this.

Please be advised that I have a strict no smoking and no partying policy. There are cameras outside of the house and anyone in violation of this policy will be will charges a penalty fee of $1,000 and be evicted without refund.

Please do not park in front of other residential areas in the neighborhood.
