Halfway between Warburton and Yarra Junction in the picturesque Yarra Valley, you will find Trail Valley House. A perfect location to explore the area, whether an outdoor adventure or a relax and unwind weekend away.
The newly opened Warburton Bike Park is also located at Wesburn Park - right next to Trail Valley House.

A cosy and modern style living has wood heating and split system heat and cool, offering comfort all year round. The main house has four bedrooms – main bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds and the fourth bedroom has king single sized bunk beds with pull out trundle. Just outside is a bungalow with a queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. Trail Valley House comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. A fully equipped kitchen, European style laundry, an office space and Starlink Internet mean that Trail Valley House will be your home away from home. Why not enjoy a meal out on the deck or a glass of wine by the outdoor fire pit watching the sunset.

Trail Valley House is ideally located next to Wesburn Park, the starting point for Warburton Ride Park which is perfect for mountain bike riders. This central location is close to restaurants, cafes and other eateries in the Warburton area, also short drives to local sites such as Warburton Rail Trail, Redwood Forest, La La Falls and Mt Donna Buang Summit.

Things to Note:
Trail Valley Cottage is a second cottage on the property which is a separate holiday home. Whilst the two properties have separate areas – there may be other guests utilizing the driveway and some of the grass common areas.
Firewood is provided to get you started, if you happen to run out during your stay, you can purchase more locally.
Bungalow is included for bookings of 9 or more guests. Additional fees apply if you would like of the bungalow with 8 or less guests – let us know at time of booking.
