Welcome to Banyan Beach House nestled on the quiet west end of Sanibel Island with close beach access. This home is an all new 4 bedroom lake view home with a screened-in and heated private pool .

This spacious retreat was thoughtfully crafted to provide a seamless fusion of comfort and style. The interior was designed with a modern coastal vibe by combining a rich leather sofa & bright coastal decor. The open floor plan boosts a huge white marbled quartz kitchen with plenty of room to prepare meals. The kitchen island seats 4 on the comfy leather stools to enjoy your breakfast or a snack. The kitchen flows into the living room with a huge leather sectional and Smart TV with cable & streaming and the dining room with pub-style seating. A wall of glass sliders shows off the heated pool under the screened lanai. After a dip in the pool, relax on a lounger or enjoy a meal, cooked on the grill at the pool dining area.

The four bedrooms are tastefully decorated offering a restful sleep after a day of fun in the sun. The Primary Bedroom Suite offers a king size bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, an en-suite with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. A cabana door from the primary suite provides easy to access the lanai and pool! Located at the other end of the home are 2 guest bedrooms with queen size beds, smart TV's, spacious closets and shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom is for the little ones in your party with twin bunk beds.

The garage is stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, toys and beach cart. The owner also provides beach towels, full size washer & dryer. The beach access is walking distance (4/10th of a mile) or bike (no parking). Dogs considered with approval from the owner.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.
