Perfect Beach House-4-bedroom house in Sanibel

RENOVATED AFTER HURRICANE IAN!! Rented as of January, 2024!!
This is a comfortable, inviting home perfect for families or couples with extra room for guests with a fantastic location on Middle Gulf Drive, private pool, and a private beach access directly across the street. There are 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 in beds) on the second level, and a brand new (2024) bunk room and Queen Bed on the first level. There are 2 fully renovated bathrooms (2nd level) and an additional (new!) bathroom on the first level near the pool. The bedrooms include a master suite with a king bed, with master bathroom . The two guest bedrooms include a queen sized bed in one and 2 twin beds in the other and these share the additional full bathroom. The bunk room is on the ground level with a full bath (NEW in 2024!!) The kitchen is recently updated and well-stocked and joins the open floor plan with the dining room and living area, all of which are also on the second level. There is a screened-in porch off the living room with comfortable lounging furniture that over-looks the scenic Sanibel River with loads of wildlife to watch. The private pool has a privacy fence, pool furniture, dining table and outdoor gas grill.

We had a really nice stay at this Sanibel home and would definitely consider returning. The house was comfortable, clean, and well set up for a relaxing vacation. The location was great, quiet, convenient, and close to everything we wanted to do on the island.One thing we especially appreciated was how enjoyable the outdoor space was. The pool and hot tub were clean and stayed warm the entire time, which made them a real highlight of our stay. It was clear the owner takes pride in maintaining the property, and communication was smooth and responsive.The only small issue we noticed was an exterior lint vent that appeared to be clogged. We mentioned it so it can be addressed for future guests, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience.Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay on Sanibel, and we’d recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Truly Perfect Beach House

The location of this comfortable beach house was perfect for us! We had the peaceful Sanibel River out our expansive back windows and the ocean just a few steps across the street. We spent many hours watching a great egret, an anhinga couple, and a bald eagle from the comfort of our screened-in porch. We were an easy bike ride to ice creams shops, the grocery store and restaurants. This house is more spacious than the pictures indicate and it fit our family’s needs perfectly! Highly recommend!

Upon arriving at the home, house was extremely hot!! Took all day to cool off, not clean, hot tub in the pool never worked, pool was full of green algae!!House was not clean, floors full of sand, dust, and hair, downstairs bedrooms never got really cool. Beds feel through the frame and had to put the mattress on the floor. I do not recommend this home at all. I didn’t waste my time taking pictures!!
