Pacific Shores resort is an ideal place to getaway for a weekend or family vacation, while surrounded by 15 acres of manicured ocean front resort living.
This 3rd floor studio suite (with elevator access from parking garage)overlooks Craig Bay, with beautiful ocean views from the deck, or from the bistro table. Hotel style Suite with Queen bed and hide a bed (with new comfy mattress), and we are a pet friendly resort & hosts (as we know they are family too).

Pacific shores resort has an onsite restaurant Pacific Moon Rising, and the food is excellent with lots of choices and gluten free options.

We are located around beautiful walking trails & Oceanside scenery, nestled in a secluded bay. Parksville & island highway is less than 5 mins away to take you on your next adventure. Coombs market is 15 mins and north Nanaimo shopping less than 20 minutes. You cannot beat the location, whether you are off to Tofino or Uclelet (drive thru the tall old growth forest at Cathedral Grove) for a day trip or stopping to enjoy some rest & relaxation.
If you are a hiker there are so many hiking trails & parks: just down the road is the absolutely scenic Oceanside Moorecroft Regional park. This day park is 35 hectares with picnic areas, ocean paths & inlet for swimming.
Rathtrevor park & Parksville Community Park (with outdoor play & waterpark hosts the annual sandcastle festival), Englishman River falls & Cameron lake are all located within a short drive.
Also, 1 hour drive to the amazing ski hill: Mt. Washington & Nanaimo airport approx 35 mins drive!
