PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. This is a large spacious home. It`s great for large business groups, family and friends. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to `party` in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.
While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the `no partying`, we also limit the cars to four cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.
You will not have use of the fireplace or garage/unfinished basement during your stay.

Garage and unfinished basement are not accessible to guests. Additionally, we store our RV in this driveway. There is plenty of parking on the driveway for at least two cars.

Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors at all times. Excessive noise at any hour is not permitted. 4. Exterior Cameras For safety and compliance: Exterior security cameras may be present aimed facing out from the home to include visibility of entry points and driveway areas. Tampering with devices is prohibited. 5. Smoking No smoking or vaping inside the home, garage, or screened areas. Violation will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee.6. Pets Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fee and may result in termination of the stay. 7. Property Care Do not move furniture. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. No candles or open flames. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. Grill must be used safely and attended at all times. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. 8. Thermostat Settings To protect HVAC equipment: Do not set heat below 68°F in winter. Do not set AC below 68°F in summer. 9. Parking Park only in designated driveway areas. Do not block neighbors or park on grass. Maximum vehicles: 1 vehicle per room 10. Check-Out Before departure, please: Place used towels in the washer (this is optional but appreciated Take trash to exterior bins Lock all doors 11. I would highly recommend this location. Was in town to attend a graduation at KSU. House is very clean and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Kennesaw area.

Perfect location and home
Home is in a great location close to many area restaurants, businesses & grocery stores. It's close to I-575 as well. Home was very clean with excellent internet connection/WIFI. Plenty of clean towels, blankets & the bed was very comfortable. In a quiet neighborhood. My wife and I enjoyed our 16 day stay here! The hosts were very good at communicating what to expect and contacted me several times during our stay to see how things were going. Overall a great experience and a home I would recommend to others.

Cozy Home
The house was very nice, spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Our only issue was the water pressure in the showers and the sudden change in temperature when another faucet was turned on. It went from very hot to freezing cold. Therefore, we couldn't shower at the same time or wash clothes or use the dishwasher simultaneously. Other than that, the house was perfect for our stay.

Wonderful Home
My family and I stayed here for the summer while my son played baseball in LakePoint. The house was in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The owners were easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again and recommend these hosts.

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood
My family and I stayed at this location for a family wedding. House is located close to downtown Woodstock which has that small town charm.
My only issue with this property was that you can tell the house has been closed for a while. It has that older home smell. We opened the doors and windows for circulation which helped.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Feels like home
Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and has a very nice open floor plan. Plenty of space and a large fenced in backyard for our 3 dogs. Also very convenient to grocery stores, and restaurants. I definitely recommend anyone that is having trouble finding a nice place to rent because of pets. Kurt and Shiela were excellent hosts and very quick to respond to any messages. Perfect for a family and also a family with pets.
