White Rock beach house suite 2 blocks from the pier! Fun & colourful decor.

Fun decor in a suite two blocks walking from the beach!!! What more could you ask for? Ocean views by entry. Private entrance through french doors to your own ground level suite, including a bedroom, en-suite bathroom (with bath tub/shower), rec room/TV room, and laundry room (with tea/coffee station, sink for dishes, mini fridge, and microwave). So, no full kitchen. Think seaside hotel, but larger and more personal! Backyard area is shared access, but not used often. Gardening mostly!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. LAUNDRY: Please put used bed sheets and towels in the laundry room on the floor. 2. PERISHABLES & FOOD: Take with you. 3. COFFEE MACHINES: Clean out old grinds. No coffee grinds down the sink!
4. GARBAGE/RECYCLING: Leave garbage bags and recycling in the sink, or you can take it to the bins in my garage. 5. PERSONAL EFFECTS: Please check drawers and closets and remove all personal effects.
6. PARKING PASS: Leave in white mailbox in garage. 7. KEYS: Lock door and leave in lockbox. Code: 5900. 8. SEND ME A MESSAGE: Once you have checked out! Thank you for staying!!!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SHOES in the house - the carpet is light - thank you! NOTHING IN TOILET except toilet paper, as I’m on septic! (no tampons!) NO SMOKING!
NO GUESTS. NO ANIMALS. NO COFFEE GRINDS IN SINK! Please put in the garbage. NO HOT TUB USE, as not a listed amenity. Priced to exlude this.
NO PARKING IN MY DRIVEWAY! It’s too steep, and I’ve had to help three people who got stuck get out. Permit parking on street available.

The location is great. This place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Listing is accurate. The only thing we wished it had was a hot plate but other than that we absolutely loved our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Have stayed in many places visiting the White rock area. This accommodation was so comfortable and close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Amy is really wonderful to work with.

Amy the host was great and the place/location perfect. A little confusion with check in - host thought VRBO was sending me check in process but message I got from VRBO was host would give me info upon arrival. It all worked out but needs to be clearer next time. Also recommend that a note that anyone in a wheelchair or mobility issues should be aware that walking anyone involves multiple steep steps.

Great location. There is a hill to walk up from the sea front, which is typical of White Rock. Lots of street parking. Quiet, comfortable and very clean suite. Hostess was lovely and had lots of local recommendations. I'd definitely stay again and recommend to other.
