We welcome you to SeaChange St Leonards, a relaxed coastal retreat designed for easy Bellarine Peninsula living. Ideal for families or small groups, this comfortable home offers space, convenience and a peaceful setting close to golf, waterfront attractions and some of the region’s best wineries.

Set in St Leonards, the home is well positioned to enjoy the best of the Bellarine Peninsula. Guests are close to St Leonards Golf Club, the pier and boat ramp, and the calm coastal surroundings that make the area popular year-round. A short drive brings you to renowned wineries including Jack Rabbit, Terindah Estate, Scotchman’s Hill and Bellarine Estate, along with cellar doors, dining and scenic coastal drives.

The house offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing a comfortable and practical layout for family holidays or longer stays. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a welcoming living area with smart TV and WiFi, and climate control throughout for year-round comfort. A clothes washing machine is also available, adding convenience for extended visits. Outdoors, there is a pleasant setting with an electric BBQ and outdoor seating, perfect for relaxed meals, along with board games for evenings at home.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows (all linen and bathroom towels provided):

*Note* Garage is not available to guests for parking, the driveway and street can be used for guest parking
