***Parking Pass needed to park on street / Cars will be towed at Owner's expense if the pass is not use or visible in the car***
Parking passes are available in the home. The pass must be placed on the rear view mirror of the guest's car if the car is parked on the street. If the car is parked in the garage or on the driveway, the passes are not required. Please be advised that if the parking passes are lost or not found in the home post-departure, there is a $50.00 fee per pass that will be charged to the guest.
