Villa Pallina | Magens Bay Views + Backup Power

Perched atop Peterborg between world-famous Magens Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, Villa Pallina offers breathtaking Caribbean views, complete privacy, and relaxed luxury. Under new ownership, the villa proudly continues its legacy of exceptional hospitality, with over 90 five-star guest reviews earned over the years. Accommodating up to 10 guests, Villa Pallina features a private pool, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and solar, battery, and whole-home generator backup for added peace of mind.



Inside on the main floor, you’ll appreciate Pallina’s fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout the estate. There is a formal dining area with seating for 10 indoors, and alfresco dining areas on the upper terrace for 10 and lower terrace for 6 for more casual meals. There is a flat top grill on the upper floor conveniently located directly outside the kitchen door and a barbecue grill on the lower level near the pool. On the lower level pool terrace, you’ll love lounging in the sun, enjoying the views, and splashing around in the salt water swimming pool.



Pallina is equipped with four private bedrooms and one additional sleeping area in the living area of the casita apartment. There are three bedrooms in the main house. In the main house you will have access to a master bedroom with a king Tempurpedic AdaptLuxe Firm bed and stunning views. The master bedroom boasts an updated master bath, walk in closet, seating area inside as well direct access to the upper terrace with a seating area overlooking Magens Bay. Also in the main house is the 2nd bedroom, Magens Guest Room, with a queen bed with beautiful views of the bay, a seating area, direct access to the upper terrace and access to a Jack and Jill bath shared with the 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom, the Garden Guest Room, has a king bed with views of the Gardens, peekaboo views of Magens Bay and access to the Jack and Jill bath shared with Magens Guest Room. The king bed in the Garden Guest Room has the option of being split into two twin XL beds, just let your guest services agent know! There is also a powder room located directly outside of the Garden Guest Room bedroom door.



The lower pool level casita apartment has a private entrance with direct access to the pool. The main living area has a king bed, small kitchenette with microwave, stove top, sink, dishwasher, fridge, and Nespresso machine. There is a private bedroom in the apartment with a queen bed, a shared bath for guests who stay in the casita apartment, and direct access to a private terrace. [ Please note: the King bed is in the main living area of the casita apartment and will be a shared space with your travel companions staying in the queen bedroom in the casita apartment. ]

Feel like exploring? St. Thomas is known for its incredible snorkeling, kayaking, and scuba diving tours that take you around the island’s gorgeous inlets and mangroves. If you’d prefer to stay dry, check out some of the island’s most important historical sites, like Black Beard’s Castle, Tombstone Rock, and Ninety-Nine Steps. When it’s time to head for the beach, Magens Bay, Hull Bay, Coki Point, and Lindbergh beaches are all within ten-kilometers.



The island’s capital, Charlotte Amalie, is where you’ll find most of St. Thomas’ boutique shops, restaurants, and nightlife establishments. However, the furthest reaches of St. Thomas are easily accessible in a short drive, making the entire island yours to discover.



NO WEDDINGS. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. We have a strict 10 person maximum occupancy rule. We do not have the insurance to cover any additional guests (even those who are not spending the night) nor do we have event insurance.



HOLIDAY BOOKINGS: During the holidays, there is a 7 night minimum stay. The stay is not to cross two holidays, unless the booking is made for 14+ nights. No check in's on Dec 24th, or Dec 25th, or on the observed holiday of Thanksgiving. We want to make sure our staff is able to spend the days off with their families. There is a security camera located on the driveway facing the main gate. This camera is not hidden, is for the safety of the villa, its occupants, and the community and is always on. There is a live deck camera located on the upper deck facing out across Magens Bay. This camera does not record audio and is orientated in a way that none of the property is in the feed, nor any of the common areas in the Peterborg neighborhood. This is to insure the privacy of all residents and guests.
