Owner was very prompt in his messages and check in was very smooth. Had drinks and snacks stocked for us, and the location was excellent, very easy to walk to all the stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Gaol! It was beautifully furnished with a very well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds. There were many small touches that made this property extra comfortable and inviting…not least the warm welcome we received from our hosts. We especially enjoyed the beautiful courtyard. It was large enough to provide privacy if we had wanted it, but we enjoyed the opportunity to meet and mingle with our fellow guests. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at the Natchez Gaol. It was conveniently located near the downtown area, so it was in easy walking distance of many of the places we wanted to go. We enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful back patio when we wanted a break from sightseeing. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated with antiques. Communication was excellent. I had an opportunity to chat with the owner a bit, he was very charming and helpful. I highly recommend this place, and hope to return myself sometime.

Great stay

Property was very clean and comfortable. Location is walkable to everything in the historic part of town, so once I got there I didn’t use my car until I checked out. Courtyard is incredibly peaceful and pretty!

Wonderful stay

The Gaol was the perfect place for us. Very clean and a quick walk to local eateries and antique stores. Host was also accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place had everything we needed! Kitchen had oil and butter in the fridge. Laundry room was stocked as well and handy to wash road trip clothes. Also we appreciated the chips and bottled waters. Bed was comfy and courtyard a lovely spot to relax outside. Great price for all the space available. Would stay again!
