Discover the elegance of our contemporary villa. Its light-filled living room and 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer plenty of space for you and your loved ones. Relax by the private swimming pool or on the shady terrace.

Its privileged location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, offers an exceptional setting for a successful holiday, just 8 minutes from the beaches or 3 km from an 18-hole golf course for the more sporty.

Our villa sleeps up to 6 people and has air conditioning.

There are 3 bedrooms, the first and second with a 180cm bed and en-suite bathroom (+WC), and a 3rd bedroom with 1 180cm bed that can be separated into 2 90cm beds and a separate bathroom (+WC).

Shopping and business centre, shopping mall 1.5 km away.
Ideal for golf enthusiasts. 3km away, Villaitana Golf has two 18-hole courses designed by Nicklaus Design. Puig Campana Golf (a 6,277-metre par 72 course) 4km away.
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine. Classic coffee maker.

Perfect relaxed location & superb villa

Villa was excellent, very clean, everything you needed & more, tv ps4, games for younger ones kitchen utensils & appliances, condiments, washer, cleaning equipment, large rooms, open plan area, pool, outdoor area & lots of garden furniture, bbq. There is some building works going on but didn’t effect us at all, they start at 8am finish early so if you early risers like me didn’t effect in the slightest. The only thing I could say that there was no TV in bedrooms, only if you like a TV in your room, didn’t effect me as I don’t watch a lot of TV. This villa is perfect for a family it is fully gated, it’s in a perfect place to access local food places shopping etc, the owners are lovely & help at all times when needed, Delphine who meet me there was brilliant with the check in showed me around & how to use & access everything, if I had any questions she would get back to me, the whole experience for us couldn’t of gone any better. I would rate the villa, owner & agents 5*+ Thank you all for make our visit easy & so relaxing, we will be returning thank you.
