The studio is set up with a comfortable queen bed for a great night’s sleep, plus a double sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 extra guests, making it ideal for couples, small groups, or families.

The closest bus stop is about a 5-minute walk from the house, making it easy to get around without a car. You’re also about 7 minutes from the Portland Hills Bus Terminal, where you can connect to several routes across Dartmouth and into Halifax.

For groceries and shopping, the nearest Superstore and shopping area are about a 5-minute drive, around 20 minutes by bus, or about a 25-minute walk.

Mic Mac Mall is about 10–15 minutes by car or Uber, around 15–20 minutes by bus, or roughly a 35–40 minute walk.

Downtown Dartmouth (Alderney Landing area) is about 10–15 minutes by car or Uber, or around 25–30 minutes by bus. From there, you can hop on the ferry and be in downtown Halifax in about 15 minutes.

Downtown Halifax is about 20–25 minutes by car or Uber, or around 45–60 minutes by bus depending on connections.

Rainbow Haven Beach is about 15–20 minutes by car, around 45–60 minutes by bus, and not really walkable, but definitely worth the trip on a nice day.

Overall, it’s a great spot if you want something quiet but still close to everything, transit, shopping, and some of the best areas in Dartmouth and Halifax.
