Casa Tiburon is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom villa steps aways from the pristine beach. The property sleeps up to 10 people which makes it perfect for family and friends getaways. Tiburon is found on one of the most private lots in the community. The house is professionally decorated.
The price includes Fitness Center* membership and access to the restaurant and bar at the local Beachfront club for the duration of your stay.

Master bedroom #1 has a king size bed and a full bathroom. Ocean view.

The property was in very nice shape and nicely furnished. Our stay was nice and calm away from all of the wildness of Cabo down town.. its a very relaxing private beach with all the accommodations. Definitely recommend the house for your trip!

Beautiful stay in paradise

This was a great house, in a lovely neighborhood, a short walk to the beach, with unbelievable views of the sea. The house was well appointed, gracious, and we had a great time. Susana our concierge was very helpful.

Our stay at Casa Esmeralda was one of my family’s best vacations. The villa looked really good online but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The home is spacious and the secluded location just steps from the beach made everything perfect. I highly recommend this villa or anything in El Encanto.

Great vacation !!!

This property is wonderful!!! The views are amazing. We saw dozens of whales. Huge beautiful waves. Had Chef Geronimo and team. The food was unbelievable!!! Every meal was better and better!!! We had 10 in our party and 10 people had our expectations exceeded.

Perfect Spot

Ideal house for 7 adults and 3 kids. Beautiful home, extremely clean, safe, and great view! Carlos from the conceierge service was amazing and helped us with anything at all that we needed during our stay. We booked a private chef several days that was recommended by the conceierge service and it was exceptional. Nice to have the beach club in walking distance for a meal as well. Would absolutely stay again!

No place like January in Cabo!

What a beautiful home in El Encanto del la Laguna. Perfect place to relax with friends just a few steps away for the Beach. The home was perfect, beautifully decorated, amazing pool and patio, great kitchen for meals at home and a wonderful beach club (Vera-Neo). Our host/concierge Carlos was amazing! He helped us enjoy the trip w Fishing, Golfing, Dinner Recommendations and even a helpful hand when our rental car had a flat tire. We can't wait for our next trip to San Jose to hopefully stay at this wonderful home again!

Cabo Christmas

This was a perfect setup for our family! We had all ages and wanted to be close but away from all the crowds and craziness. This is a gated community with plenty of wonderful security services. It is about 10-15 drive east of San Jose del Cabo, but only about 30 minutes into Cabo San Lucas ( which we did only one day). We were lucky that this property comes with membership to the Beach Club !! They have an excellent restaurant, bar and pool
.walking distance from the house. Carlos, the concierge there was very, very helpful!! It was a perfect Cabo Christmas âŁïž

Amazing house!

Our stay at Casa Esmeralda was great! Maria and Alilat made our stay great by meeting us when we arrived and booking taxis/excursions/dinner reservations on a moments notice whenever we asked. We also had them pre-stock the house with groceries and a couple pack-n-plays which was extremely helpful. We had 3 families with 7 adults and 4 children so we needed a big place with 5 bedrooms and this place was plenty big enough. The decor and finishings were very nice and the view is incredible! We cooked at the house most nights but there also is a fun little restaurant within walking distance (Buzzards) that we went to a few times for breakfast and dinner. The road is a bit rough getting to and from the house, but it is worth the drive! We would definitely come here again whether it's to this 5 bedroom house or one of the other smaller houses/condos on the property.

Family vacation

Our family vacation was one of the best we’ve had! The communication with Carlos was great. He responded quickly to every question before we arrived as well as during our stay. Our first night’s chef prepared meal was outstanding! From the serapes and hats for the children, to the pina coladas, margaritas and fajitas, we knew our stay was off to a great start! The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone. The lounge chairs were very comfortable. The pool towels were plentiful. The kitchen was stocked with every amenity we needed. The bedrooms were perfect for us, including the casita for our family that have no children. It was the ideal setup for our family. The beach chairs made our time at the beach daily so easy. It’s only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach from Casa Tiburon. The outdoor pool patio had so many comfortable spots to sit and read. We even played RummiCube at the swim up bar! We had movie night only one night and everyone enjoyed the huge tv that night. The drive to the grocery store was only 15-20 minutes and very easy. San Jose del Cabo is a delightful town with tons of restaurants and shopping. Also you are only a 5 minute drive to Acre and Flora Farms! Golf is close by as well. We loved the beach club restaurant for special coffee in the morning. We ate lunch there one day and it was delicious. My adult kids loved that they could work out in the amazing gym at the beach club as well. Casa Tiburon is beautiful! We hope to return to San Jose del Cabo soon!

we loved it until the end

from the start we knew the property manager and staff were out to get us, they were extremely rude to our chef and butler. we had requested early check-in MULTIPLE times, and each time received a different answer. the home was not in use the night before, i could have rented it via VRBO, when we arrived we met at the beach club with carlos, he was nice, however, felt like there was always an ulterior motive. when we finally got in the house, we did a quick walk through - we were never told how to turn the firepit on, how to heat the pool etc., he left, but would randomly just show back up throughout the stay - which we felt was very weird. truly, we did love the house, the location and the community. however, for how we were personally victimized after our departure (2 weeks later), i would NEVER suggest or recommend staying here. today, 2 weeks from the date of check-in i received a $2k bill for: sheets missing?? (because we wanted to pack up our sheets and take them back to the US with us?), 8 broken wine glasses, we used plastic cups 98% of the time as we spent most our time outside, the other 2% of the time we had a butler there to make us drinks, and can assure everyone that no one had to pull a broom out once to clean up broken glass? they are claiming damage to black tables that were outside, poolside tables - the photo i received were water rings, that very clearly had not been cleaned yet, which would negate this issue! they claimed we stained outdoor furniture (there were small dots in the photos they sent?), this could have been from anyone? do they not believe in normal wear and tear, the home is on rental sites? overall, due to the false claims and the lies i do NOT recommend staying at this house until they can find a new property manager or stop profiling people!

Great house to enjoy your vacation

Wonderful house, fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Wonderful pool. We used the pool morning and night and throughout the day. Great concierge. The family really enjoyed the location - off the beaten path, approximately 5 miles from a grocery store, but once you learn the road to the house no problem. We are not big resort folks, and this house and location fit the bill. Small noise problem with a remodel of a house below us but the owner comped us for use of beach club and food as they could not control a neighbor's remodel. Should not be a problem in the future. My family would come back here again anytime.

The entire team coordinated everything perfectly. I was so impressed as it made it such a stress free vacation. Location was beautiful and while it felt completely remote was only 20 min from San Jose.

Wonderful San Jose!

The property is beautful. Great view, quiet and nicely decorated. Three recommendations: have better written instructions on how to get music outside and how to use the tv. We were very frustrated with this. More towels are needed in the bathroom. Two towels and two washcloths per bathroom is not enough. Two more chaise loungers outside would be nice. Need to make sure the bed in the casita is a queen. It says that on-line, but not sure it is. Yes, I would recommend the property. Maria is very helpful! Since the house is farther out from the main highway, we visited Flora Farms for breakfast (loved it) and ate at Buzzard's which is down the street from the gated community where the house is located. Walking the beach was lovely! The Art Walk on Thursday night was not as good as it is when we travel to San Jose in January.

Definitely coming back!

This is a beautiful property! We had a great time from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The house, the beach and the area was just what we were looking for. The house was very tastefully decorated, and even though was on the “second row” from the beach, it was just 1 minute away from it, and had amazing ocean views. Me and my family were coming from France escaping form the cold weather to find this amazing villa, looking at whales pass by all day long. Alilat was very helpful and since it was our first time in Mexico, she set up everything for us, from private transportation services from the airport to the villa, to spa services at the pool patio in the house. I highly recommend you having the chef services, and for all the amazing dishes we got, the prices were really reasonable, even cheaper than going to a restaurant. We did horseback riding and the boys rented some ATV’s. For what you get, this house is definitely the best value in all Cabo!, we are definitely coming back!
