The only one-bedroom-apartment with private access to the beach.

Simply open the terrace door and the sea will be at your feet. Turquoise colored water, the white beach in the form of a crescent. Sit and watch and listen to the slight movement of the coming and going of the sea... Private access to the beach "Anse Bernik".

This luxurious garden apartment is the only one-bedroom in such a privileged position and with direct access to a beach. Unspoilt view into nature.

Palm trees, straw-covered sun umbrellas and the scenery of the mountains of Mahé in the background. Relaxation for body and soul from the first second on. Most exclusive location on Eden Island, in a small block of 12 apartments, comprising of ground-floor and first floor only.

The holiday domicile is completely equipped: Air-conditioning, Miele washing machine/dryer and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee-maker, coffee press pot, filtered drinking water, free WiFi Fiber optic cable, Smart TV. Fans in all rooms (incl. terrace), golf-cart, parking bay for the rental car. Cleaning twice a week and final cleaning included.

The bedroom with an en suite bathroom (shower, two sinks) and separate toilet with bidet, has direct access to a patio surrounded by plants. 2 chairs and a table in the patio.

There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (190 x 145 cm).

The terrace and the small garden above the beach are shady and protected from the wind. West facing. Enjoy the colors of the setting sun. Equipped with 4 chairs and table, 2 loungers, Weber BBQ (gas).

24 hour reception, clubhouse, 3 pools, 4 beaches, gym, tennis court. Eden Plaza with all kind of shops, restaurants, supermarket. The apartment is managed by the official Eden-Island-Rental-Team, so you will be in best hands during your holidays (24/7).

Return guests because we love it! The location in Eden island is excellent, few steps and you’re on the beach which is a huge plus for us. Apartment clean, tidy and exactly as shown - facilities in the kitchen were great, we didn’t need anything else. Highlight is sitting in the evening with the BBQ on and a glass of wine, just relaxing. The hosts - fantastic communication, very prompt in responding and extremely helpful. I felt they really cared and wanted us to enjoy as much as they do, which we did.We love exploring the different beaches on the island during the day, lunches out, and quite relaxing in the evening although there are very good restaurants on Eden Island and a fantastic butchers. It ticks all the boxes and we will be back - friendliest people we’ve ever met.

Well worth the 13 hour flight!

Lovely property in an amazing location. Well equiped with everything you'll need for a self catering holiday. Clean and well maintained. Helpful and friendly team on eden island to support if needed and excelllent communication with the host! Highly recommend.

Great property

Loved the privacy of PASSION. Communicated with the host for almost a year and he was gracious enough to let me extend my stay when other plans fell through. I loved the accommodations.

For us Heiner was the perfect host, extremely quick to reply, provided lots of information, gave me confidence and reassurance about our booking - excellent to deal with! The apartment was exactly as described, however the location was even better than expected - just down a few steps and you’re on the beach. We loved sitting outside at night with the BBQ - well equipped apartments with everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful - just what we wanted. We loved the convenience of Eden Island - great place to stay, enjoy and use as a base to explore.

Very Comfortable, Immaculate Villa on Beach

We spent 16 nights at Passion and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Eden Island is quite beautiful. It is nice to be able to drive a golf cart to shopping and restaurants. Villa Passion is very comfortable and clean. We loved being able to go out the veranda doors and walk a few feet to a nice beach and swimming area. It was a perfect holiday in the perfect villa.

The best location on Eden

The apartment is by far the best location on the entire island! The apartment is modern, well equipped and clean. Heiner is an amazing host; he is polite, responsive and prompt. I can not wait till we are able to return again!

Fantastic location

Property is in a fantastic location right on the beach. Perfect way to wake up in the morning and look at the sea. Golf buggy was great to get around the island. Property is nicely furnished and clean. Really enjoyed the gas barbecue on the patio. Property owner Heiner communicated all relevant information and was very helpful.

Perfect for relaxing holiday

We had a lovely holiday at this property. Location was perfect with direct access onto a beach area with smooth sand into the ocean. Apartment itself was spacious with everything we could need. Staff at the office were helpful in the manner of a good hotel reception. It was easy to drive to all the other beautiful beaches on the island and tour operator we used for a trip was happy to collect us from reception Owner was helpful in communicating and quick to reply

Beautiful condo on Eden Island, on the beach

We have just returned from our stay, for 2 weeks, at this condo on Eden Island...very modern and comfortable, all accomodations, we had some nice visitors on our patio...beautiful birds.....and....almost sitting on the beach...the view is just breathtaking....loved it......will return.....Helene, Canada.

Beautiful, Quiet & Secure

Located close to the airport. Wonderful check-in/out staff that will help you plan excursions. Access to many services, like a gym, beach (right outside the back door), transport buggy and dining. We really loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to other guests. Very attentive staff! We had a short turnaround time to finish our travel authorization to the Seychelles, and the staff quickly responded with the required documents for our travel authorization.

Top holiday apartment

Beautiful apartment with very high quality furnishings! To feel good! If there are problems it is the fault of the Eden Island staff. The owner of the apartment takes care of everything immediately and is very nice! We can recommend the apartment without reservation. We had a perfect vacation! A great place in paradise

The Ad is accurate and Heiner is one of the best hosts I ever hired from. Giving updates, tips and keeping a structure on timeline and had all the answers we wanted. The location on Eden är just perfect and you have your own golfcart to drive within the resort where you can find restaurants, shops and activities. I would definitly go back. If you want to have a 100% secure, minimal with mosquitos (they actually spray the trees and budhed regulary) and luxurious stay - then this is it.

Paradise on Eden Island

The property was everything that we expected, and more. As the owner, Heiner was very responsive to all inquiries. The unit had a perfect location, right on the sand, where we enjoyed the sun setting every night. Inside, the bedroom , kitchen, bathroom and living room were beautifully decorated and made us feel very much at home. The amenities offered at Eden Island were first class, including the marina and shopping mall. We would highly recommend this property for any one who wants first class offerings in a very secure environment.

Beautiful Island, beautiful people

Eden Island is a great base if you don’t now the island very well. It provides bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, car hire, beaches and pools. You can even moor a boat if you want to hire one. The apartment is lovely, aircon and ceiling fans are a great relief and the appliances are all top end Miele. The communication was excellent, I cannot fault the owner, and the check in/out process a breeze. They even arranged our private transfers for us. Shame the weather didn’t live up the the rest of it, but that’s tropical islands for you and it didn’t detract from a fantastic holiday. The pool bar is very nice, and a little cheaper than the others, plus it has Venus running it. As a business owner Venus is one of those people you meet who you would hire without a seconds thought.

A little taste of paradise!

Lets start by saying where in the ratings above it askes "accuracy of online listing",,, i'd have liked to have given it 6 stars rather than 5 as was even better then advertised! Great appartment with everything you would need inside! The walk in wet room was great, air con was nice and quiet, bbq outside was ready to cook on in less then 10 minutes and the setting was perfect! Literally 50 steps oitsude the back door and your in the sea! Lots of little stingrays (you wont get stung as the feel the vibrations and move before you get too close) several species of tropical fish and swam with a white tipped reef shark! Having the buggy to get around the complex was great fun and we can thoroughly recomend the apartment, the complex and the helpfulness of Heiner the host to anyone! The only problem you'll have is finding the reason not to go back again!!

Now i know why they call it EDEN island

A true paradise on earth. We choosed to stay on Eden Island because we were coming from an amazing but tiring journey across South Africa and we wanted to have the most relaxing possible place (the beach is just a few steps below the apt's porch) and all the facilities at hand... and i must say that Heiner's place has even exeeded our expectation! Everything was cleaned and new in the apartment, i would have appreciated a hair dryer, but since i've found a diffuser in the bathroom, i'm pretty sure it was supposed to be there. Heiner has been incredibly kind and helpful since the beginning of the booking and all the personal at Eden Island, as all the people we met on the Seychelles, was so nice that i'm still wondering why i'm not moving there for the rest of my life!

Great paradise location

Firstly the location of this property is fabulous, walk out from your patio direct to the beach, it doesn’t get any better , a lovely tropical safe lagoon to swim in. We arrived at 9.15pm and the check in wasn’t great ( not the fault of the host) the 24/7 reception desk said the office was closed, after a little bit of insistence on my part they finally checked us in. The check in people kindly drove us to our condo which was great. And a fab idea to have your own personal golf cart to drive around the island already and waiting for you at the condo !. The condo was spotlessly clean, and looked in good condition. Plenty of crockery and utensils and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Fully equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer During our stay we were due two cleans, we stayed for 9 nights. Our first was day 5 and the second one was day 7 which was good. We did initially have a problem with the AC not working but after excellent communication with the host this was soon in hand and fixed on our third day. We also had a problem with the tv not working but the management company came out promptly on the two occasions to fix the issues. The condo is comfortable and as I say excellent position and Eden island is a great safe location to stay, with restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket all on the island. We hired a car through the management company for 3 days which was very reasonable priced and was delivered direct to Eden Island for us. All in all an excellent location, a lovely condo in beautiful surroundings. I would definitely stay again. I have to thank the host for his help, his communication is excellent and does every thing he can to make your stay enjoyable, you will be in good hands. I definitely recommend staying at this condo.

Traumhaft schönes Resort

Das Resort ist einzigartig angelegt und ließ uns den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Apartment ist wunderschön und die Kommunikation mit Heiner war ausgezeichnet: blitzschnelle Reaktionen und konkrete Antworten. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und die Qualität hervorragend. Die Bucht lädt zum Schwimmen ein und abends kann man sogar kleine Stachelrochen sowie Babyhaie sichten. Wunderschön!Einzig die örtliche Agentur EILA könnte noch zuverlässiger sein: die 24/7 Erreichbarkeit per Telefon war nicht gegeben und das Reinigungspersonal hat vergessen den Kühlschrank von den Vorgästen zu reinigen, was aber umgehend nachgeholt wurde.

Traumvilla direkt am Strand

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist traumhaft. Die Wohnungsausstattung ist perfekt. Bei allen Fragen oder Wünschen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Besser geht es nicht.

Das Appartement war sehr schön, wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet - richtig toll. Unschlagbar die Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Ich habe auch andere Appartements gesehen, da wir uns mit anderen angefreundet hatten und außerdem mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar zusammen in Urlaub gefahren sind. Ich kann nur sagen - ich war froh bei Heiner meine Unterkunft gebucht zu haben. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle ❤️

Wunderbare 14 Tage in einem Garten

Traumumgebung in der gepflegten Natur mit Korallensand-Badebuchten, die man fast für sich alleine hatte. Das Club-Car war optimal. Neben geruhsamen Spaziergängen könnte man damit die Insel erkunden und zum Einkauf nutzen. Das Appartement von Heiner lässt ausstattungsmäßig und auch vom Stil her keine Wünsche offen. Besonders angetan waren wir von dem vorhandenen Trinkwasserspender. Kein Schleppen von Wasserflaschen und daher auch reduzierter Plastikmüll. Heiner war jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar und reagierte bei Anfragen immer sehr schnell. Wir vergeben die 5 Sterne gerne und mit gutem Gewissen.

Eden Island mérite bien son nom ! Vous êtes au paradis De l'accès sécurisé , à la voiturette de golf , en passant par un accès aux cours de tennis , padel , piscine , salle de fitness ... tout est parfait L'appartement est magnifique ,spacieux , très bien équipé , propre Un accès direct à une magnifique plage De plus , Heiner a été très réactif aux messages , une excellente communication et de précieux conseils sur les choses à faire et à voir aux alentours Je recommande vivement Merci encore , toute la famille était ravie !
