About this property

Luxury villa, 180° sea view and Spa

Luxury villa, in a quiet environment, offering a 180° panoramic view of the sea and golf, with 5 rooms including a very large terrace of 40 m2, a large living room with an American kitchen, a bar and a very large TV, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (small beds and baby cot on request) and a laundry room for washing, drying and ironing clothes. All rooms are air-conditioned and have views of the sea.

Most of the houses offer small terraces, but it is often the most pleasant place to live in the Seychelles, especially when having a breathtaking view of the sea and the golf course. We have therefore equipped the house with a very large terrace, equipped with very comfortable outdoor sofas that will allow you to relax while fully enjoying the view. The house has also recently been equipped with a spa.

The house, the garden and its parking area are protected by perimeter walls and equipped with an alarm for better security.

gorgeous villa

We had a lovely stay in Juliana's villa. We were unfortunate with the weather as it was unseasonably wet meaning we were stuck indoors quite a bit, so we were very glad of the covered balcony with it's spectacular view. NB The view is spectacular because the villa is situated up a very steep hill, we elected not to hire a car, use the buses (an adventure in themselves!) and walk this hill every day (about 10 mins down - 20 mins up) we are reasonably fit, but those who aren't may struggle without a car. We were lucky to have Juliana staying in her small apartment below the villa during the 2nd week of our visit (she isn't always there). She was a most accommodating host keen to know if there was anything we needed. We suggested binoculars might be nice for guests to further enjoy the views and we had the lovely surprise of having them provided two days later. The local beach has quite a high tide and there was, sadly a lot of litter strewn about, but there are regular buses to Anse Royal (10 mins way) which has a lovely beach with shady spots and some good snorkelling down at one end. Thanks again Juliana for looking after us so well :)

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll und die Terrasse ein Traum! Man kann nicht nur von Küche und Wohnzimmer aus aufs Meer gucken, sondern auch aus dem Bett und sogar aus dem Bad. Schön ist auch, dass man an beiden Schlafzimmern eine eigene Dusche und Toilette hat. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, man hat wirklich alles was man braucht.Aber eigentlich lebt man sowieso nur auf der riesengroßen Terrasse.Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine.Und die Vermieterin Juliana ist ein wahrer Schatz. Sie kümmert sich rührend.Da der Weg nach oben doch recht steil ist, vor allem wenn man noch Einkäufe hat, würden wir einen Mietwagen empfehlen (auch hier hat Juliana einen guten Tipp gehabt… fussläufig).

Juliana et Wilfrid sont des hôtes très accueillants et de bons conseils. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée avec une belle terrasse offrant une magnifique vue mer. Adresse facile à trouver avec les coordonnées remises par les propriétaires. Super Maison, encore mieux que sur les photos. Elle est très bien placée, sécurisée, spacieuse, très propre, et il y a tout le nécessaire pour se sentir bien. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La vue est à couper le souffle. Juste merveilleuse! Juliana et son frère Saul ont été adorables, et serviables du début à la fin. Toujours de bons conseils et disponibles. Cela a facilité notre séjour. Ce fut de belles rencontres.Tout était parfait.Nous rencommandons cette location. Une vue exceptionnelle

La maison correspond bien à la description. Elle est agréable avec une vue magnifique. Juliana est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. La corbeille de fruits était superbe ! Et elle nous a beaucoup aidé à organiser nos sorties. La route pour accéder monte beaucoup mais on s’y fait !

Unterkunft mit viel Charme und ganz, ganz liebe Vermieter

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt bei Juliana und ihrem Mann. Gleich nach der Buchung nahm die Vermieterin via Whats App Kontakt zu uns auf. Wir haben vorher ein Dokument mit vielen Hinweisen zur Unterkunft und zur Umgebung erhalten. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und sehr comfortabel. W-Lan funktionierte einwandfrei. Ein Mietauto ist ein Muss, da das Haus an einem Berg liegt. Vom Flughafen sind wir ca. 15 min in Richtung Süden gefahren. Wir würden diese schöne Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Tolles Quartier mit super Ausblick. Sehr gute Ausstattung, nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Alles was man zum Alltag braucht in der Nähe. Die Lage am Berg erfordert gute Kondition oder einen Mietwagen. Empfehlenswert!!!

Perfect View Perfect Place perfect House Management

Wir haben traumhafte 14 Tage im „ House on the Rocks „ verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer excellenten Lage quasi in der Mitte von Mahe. Wir hatten gar keinen Fluglärm wie die Hotels auf der Insel zum Beispiel das Savoy, Hilton und Co. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel mit 180 grad Meeresblick. In einer wenig befahrenen Straße unter Einheimischen im Wald. Man braucht ein Auto. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es hat eine charmante Größe die für 4 Personen ausreichend ist. Die Besitzerin und ihre Familie sind einfach zauberhaft und sofort verfügbar. Wir kommen definitiv in paar Monaten wieder.

Wow!

The photos looked beautiful but honestly the place still took my breath away! Beautiful hosts, so thoughtful and kind, always at the end of the phone if needed and great tips provided to make the most of the area. Small shops very close by and less than 10mins drive to some stunning beaches, great takeaways and restaurants. The area is not too touristy which we loved, great local vibe but also so close to Anse Royale which is a bit livlier. 10mins drive to airport also - great. Beautiful and large terrace, kitchen was generous. Honestly we didn't want to leave.
