Ideally located on Eden Island in one of the quieter most mature areas, this luxury apartment offers fine views across the marina bay towards St. Anne Island. A large open plan kitchen and living area opens out onto a spacious balcony more than adequately furnished for al fresco dining. The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath and en suite shower with french doors leading out to the main balcony. The second bedroom features twin beds, shower, WC, and private veranda. Air conditioned throughout, the apartment is a stone's throw away from the nearest pool and a short walk or buggy ride away to the best beaches and the rest of the island amenities.

The apartment is located in the most mature, quieter part of Eden Island but less than a five minute buggy ride from all the restaurants, a two minute walk to the pool, and only a 3 minute buggy ride to any of the 3 best beaches.

We have full very efficient air conditioning in all rooms and also 2 large outside balcony fans for your comfort.

Our apartment golf buggy is also available exclusively for your use for easy access to anywhere on Eden Island.

Please note that our rental (unlike some) is fully licensed and coordinated through the official Eden Island Rental scheme ensuring the highest standards and support services throughout your stay with us.

You would be met on arrival given your electric buggy and then escorted to the apartment.

Our on-site managers can also organise airport transfers, car hire, Island Hoping, boat trips, snorkeling, diving, fishing etc and we are happy to answer any other questions you may have as we offer a very personnel service.

The apartment serves as a superb base for exploring the Seychelles islands. Sailing, scuba diving, and deep sea fishing can all be enjoyed from Eden Island. Victoria, Mahe's capital, with its range of restaurants and bars is only a 10 minute drive away.

Island Idyll

I had been recommended the apartment on Eden by a work colleague who stayed there in 2016 and it's fair to say that our trip to the Seychelles exceeded all our expectations from the outset. The owner of the apartment, which was excellent, was very helpful from the first time I contacted him to discuss date options through to checking in with us after our arrival to make sure we were happy with the apartment and its condition. The apartment has a massive balcony overlooking one of the marinas and is a great place to sit in the early evening. It is fully air-conditioned and has all mod cons so it's like a home from home; there's even an ironing board should you feel the need! Eden Island itself is still, in places, being developed but the apartment is situated in a well established part of the development so other than teams of staff tending to the gardens and undertaking general maintenance work it was very quite and this includes the beach nearest to where we stayed. There are four beaches on Eden Island and they are very safe as they are all in sheltered locations. The island also includes two swimming pools. I say two as they were the ones I found, one of them being quite close to the apartment - great for a dip in the morning. The other pool is part of the club complex near the main entrance which includes a very well equipped gym and the club bar serves the cheapest beer on the island. Other reviews have mentioned the facilities at the Plaza and all are good but be prepared to pay more for food than you would normally be used to due to the cost of shipping it to a small island in the Indian Ocean. On the Plaza our favourite spot was Chatter Box. They do great coffee and good food too. The island is small and you can get round in a day if you want to but I would recommend you take your time and enjoy the local creole style cuisine. A favourite spot was the beach at Beau Vallon and the fish curry at La Plage on the beach. Would we go to the Seychelles again - yes and we would stay at Eden in the apartment as we were sorry that our stay came to an end all too quickly.

Another excellent trip to Paradise.

Our 4th visit to the Eden Island Resort and our 3rd visit to this excellent apartment. We are a family of 4, two adults and two teenage kids. The apartment is spacious, two excellent bathrooms, great when 4 are travelling. A very nice view from the terrace over part of the marina complex. The apartment is air-conditioned, fully equipped, clean and everything works. Eden Island has grown quite a bit since our first visit, but so have the facilities, there are now more shops, restaurants etc. A great location for a family holiday with teenage kids. Our favourite holiday location made a bit more perfect by renting this apartment. Hopefully not our last visit!

Simply Stunning!!

My husband and I had never been to the Seychelles so decided to stay on Eden Island we were not disappointed. The apartment was like home from home with all the modern appliances and kitchen equipment you would need to cater on holiday. Despite the heat the apartment was fully air conditioned and even had ceiling fans on the balcony. The golf buggy with the apartment was an additional bonus as you could use this to visit all the local beaches and shops on Eden Island. We were very impressed and would definitely stay again. Great Place for visiting Seychelles

Seychelles is an expensive destination and 3 star hotels can cost US$200 plus per night for only 2 guest. I found that the tropical suites was perfect for families or groups of 4 who did not want to spend too much on hotels and have the freedom to prepare their own meals, have access to a laundry and also a large comfortable space to relax. Tropical Suites located at Eden Island offers a parking bay if you rent a car and a buggy to get around Eden Island, the area is safe, quiet and free from pest, two nice swimming pools a few man made beaches and a shopping arcade with nice places to eat and also a supermarket which is convenient but a little expensive compared to the shops outside of Eden Island. Check in was great and all is explained, the apartment has two twin beds and a queen bed, the kitchen is well equipped and I only had to buy some washing liquid, sponge, washing powder, rubbish bin liners, soap for the bathroom and a few tea towels as everything else was in the apartment, I brought my own coffee from Australia and I was able to buy French cream in the shops. Seychelles is a spectacular destination and one that if you get a chance to visit you will most likely visit again and again as it does take sometime to enjoy the fabulous beaches, drives into the mountains, the country side and town all of which comes with incredible atmosphere and beauty, I just love Seychelles and I would not hesitate to stay at Tropical Suites again, in fact Seychelles is a hot country and Tropical Suites is fully air-conditioned which is just great and is in a perfect location to everywhere. I loved sitting on the balcony at Tropical Suites with my Seybrew Beer laying down on the sun deck chair gazing over the water, Pure Paradise.

Lovely apartment, beautiful island

My husband and I chose this place for our honeymoon 5 months prior, and glad we did. This place is wonderful. All of the comforts of home were provided. The use of the buggy on the island really helped getting around to places like Eden Plaza, the multiple beaches and pools.

Our plane arrived in the morning, but was told we could not check in until 2pm. The staff was nice enough to let us check in early. After 2 planes and no luggage (the airport put our luggage on a later flight), we felt relief knowing we could relax. It is such a quiet place that a couple of naps were taken on the balcony. We got visited by colorful birds and geckos.
