It’s a great time for a winter getaway! Book now to enjoy a little peace in paradise!

This spacious beachfront condo is in a low density building with private white sand beach right on the Gulf! Only 10 Units in the property which is adjacent to Perdido Key State Park! Relax on your private patio while enjoying the gulf view!

Unit B2 is fully equipped with everything you need for a fun family getaway or a romantic couple’s retreat! The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and private bath with jetted tub. Second bedroom has a king-sized bed and twin bunks. B2 comfortably sleeps 6 and is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Beach chairs, umbrella, soft cooler, and sand toys are also available for use. A PlayStation4 with games and DVDs is located in the living room! Close to restaurants, shopping and the famous Flora-Bama! Come enjoy our little piece of paradise!

Please note reservations are not complete until I receive the signed rental contract and copy of your license. Our process is extremely easy as I do contracts through electronic signature. You must be 25 and up to rent from us.

Great spot and condo

Great location. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the porch. Loved the outdoor furniture and we spent most of our time out there! Condo was clean and had everything we needed (especially the coffee!). Would stay again.

This property was perfect for me and my husband! Very clean and it had everything we needed for the beach! Our favorite spot became the porch
it overlooks the ocean and has the cool breeze blowing on you!! It actually has two bedrooms but we only used one! We felt at home the moment we walked in! Kathy, the owner is also super to work with!! We will be back!!

We had a lovely time. The condo and property were just as advertised. The host was very courteous and answered any questions we had promptly. The area has lots of places to eat. The property is adjacent to a state park, and even though we were there the week of Memorial Day, the beach wasn't very crowded. We were fortunate to be there on a day when the Blue Angels had a practice show. We drove over to Pensacola for that. It was fabulous. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you to our host.

Super clean, comfortable, quiet condo fully equipped plus welcoming extras. Enjoyed extra towels, beach towels, toys and cooler. View was great, just not much of it. We like a larger balcony area with more beach view.The stairs were a little hard for MeeMaw.

Perfect location and accommodations for a week/weekend on the quieter side of Perdido Key. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place had everything we needed including a view of the beach and water. The Gulf supplied the rest.

It was amazing

Upon arrival the view was amazing and the location was perfect it was away from the crowd but close enough to go places if you wanted to and the access to the beach 👌👌I will recommend this place to anyone who just want a break from the chaos of people lol but who also want a break from life it's perfect

Perfect Getaway

This property is very clean and spacious. My favorite part was its proximity to the beach. It is just a few steps away from a nice quiet beach. I also loved the deck with a perfect ocean view. This was a great property for a girl’s trip. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had been watching properties come on the market for several years. When we saw Spinnaker B2, we knew this was the one for us! With only 10 units in the complex and the private beach, there are no crowds even during the peak season. We wanted a vacation HOME not just a condo on the beach.
