Introducing Holleyday Hideaway! It does not have to be a holiday to enjoy the boutique experience this new listing offers! The new owners are excited to offer their lovely coastal retreat to guests. This 1 bedroom unit is located in the beautifully renovated Perdido Skye building with all the convenience of the eastern end of Perdido Key. Whether you prefer to relax on the private balcony, sit in the sun on a white sand beach or lay out by a beachfront blue pool, you are sure to appreciate the view of the sparkling sapphire waters of the Gulf, with emerald stripes across the sand bars. The endless blue horizon is a peaceful backdrop to what could be imagined as a living postcard.
The fresh and updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and kitchen tools to prepare meals for dining in or preparing snacks for the balcony or beach. But you do not have to cook if you don't want to. You can walk to Villagio and enjoy several great restaurants. Perdido Key has many eateries that are fan favorites, but even more restaurants, shopping and attractions are just a short drive away in nearby Downtown Pensacola or Orange Beach. If you are looking for adventure, check out the complimentary local waterway cruises and deep sea fishing offered by PKRM via their exclusive Perdido Keys To Fun program on the Xplorie app. Perdido Key is a Boaters Paradise but we offer fun on land, as well. You may enjoy free golf at Lost Key Golf & Beach Club or riding rollercoasters at OWA.
It's also okay if you want to just hang out at HolleyDay Hideaway and enjoy the cute condo. We understand if you wish to sit on the balcony and watch for the Blue Angels to fly by on a practice day. Curl up with a book on the comfy couch or stream a show on the Smart TV. The couch is a sleeper sofa in case you need an extra sleeping spot. The tasteful interior with an attention to detail will make you feel at home. The Primary bedroom is very well appointed and offers a plush King sized bed, Smart TV, and a desk if you need to work while you are here. The full bath offers a modern, walk in shower for washing away a salty day.

Perfect space for my husband and I. Beautiful view of the ocean and it was great to walk down in the morning and put our chairs on the beach for the day. Check out Jellyfish across the street, great food!

This was one of the best vacations we have had. The condo looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed the view and the amazing location. Plenty of food choices plus grocery stores close by. Check in was convenient with the code on the door. Kitchen was wonderful with plenty of utensils and pots. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you for letting us enjoy the property.

Great place! I have only 2 complaints.1 Booking was a hastle as i had to send them a pic of my id. I wasnt comfortable with this but it was not optional. 2 The property was vacant the night before our stay and therefore i asked for early check in. While i did eventually get it it was alot of back and forth.

Location was amazing and the unit was beautiful. I would not change a thing about that. Our only issue was they were doing construction in front of the elevator. We were originally told that the elevators would be fully accessible only to find out on Friday they would not be available Friday or Saturday. My partner has MS and climbing steps is difficult on a good day. This was frustrating, but having to carry luggage down flights of stairs just tipped the frustration scale to down right pissed off. Upfront honest communication would have allowed us to make a better decision for my partner’s health and safety.

We loved the view, the beach access, the ease of check-in, the comfortable bed, beautiful up-to-date furnishings, staying In the middle of everything. This condo had everything we needed for a week-long stay in Perdido Key.
