Very comfortable

The home was very comfortable and plenty of room. Hosts were assessable to any and all questions and responded quickly. Can’t thank them enough for sharing their home with us.

Long Term Stay

The house & outdoor area are beautiful and would work for short stays. I stayed 3 months and found the home lacking. There are no bedside tables, no coffee table or end tables in living area. The dining table is a small bar type table with high stools for sitting. There are no mattress pads on beds. The beds are very comfortable though. It took me many days to get the outdoor area cleaned so I could enjoy it. Cushions on wicker furniture are very stained and full of dog hair, never felt comfortable sitting in them. There were no instructions on how things worked, except for TV remotes. I had to figure everything else out on my own. I had NO idea how much it would cost to heat the heated pool and no instructions about it. I chose a home with a heated pool so I could use it, but I paid $600. extra a month to heat the pool to 83 degrees. The water temp was set at 70 when I arrived, not warm enough to swim in, even in the summer. Not sure how that works on a short-term stay. I am a little OCD about cleanliness so the house & outdoor areas were much cleaner when I left than when I arrived. Great access to the 36 hole golf course & the lake.
