Long weekend away

This was our second time staying at this property and we all enjoyed our stay again. Location is perfect and the house is plenty of space. We will stay again.

Your house was very comfortable and we appreciated the updated accommodations. The house is ideally situated near the marina and restaurants. We could see the water which was wonderful.Our only suggestion would be to add a couple of more chairs to the living room.We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Owner was super responsive! Our Ladies 10 yr anniversary weekend was fantastic! Great location close to water, shops, restaurants. Only thing i would suggest is be flexible with group seating within the home. We brought extra chairs which we used in the living areas & kitchen to make due. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Home

The house was perfect for my adult family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. The kitchen had plenty of space to cook, eat and play games. Close proximity to everything we needed from food, beach and boat docks. We will be back!

Amazing place for the family !

We just stayed here and had an amazing time. The place felt super clean and fresh, the communication with the host was wonderful and she answered all my questions promptly. The place is down the street from a boat launch and a slip at the restaurant is included. We docked at the marina and ordered food from the restaurant which was delicious as well. The place is also next to a sandy beach, and up the street is a very nice playground for kids. We would absolutely stay here again !

Weekend trip with friends!! Much needed retreat!!

We all came for a Mammoth March and stayed together. This home offered everything we needed to relax and prepare in advance and to unwind and tell our stories after! Thank you for your beautiful home away from home! We were able to cook healthy meals that included fresh seafood and felt refreshed and ready for the challenge ahead of us! Would definitely recommend!!

UD Graduation Haven

We were 2 sets of proud parents and a sibling of 2 UD grads. We had 6 ceremonies over 4 days. Plenty of space for us, bed/ bathroom privacy, and room to relax. Lovely.

Family Get-together

Sunroom with river view was a big hit. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the location with good restaurants within a short walk. A brief drive to Northeast, a quaint town with even more restaurants and various shops. We look forward to a return trip.

Great house!

This was our second stay at this house, and we will definitely rent it again! Beautifully decorated. Clean. Great bathrooms. We walked every day around the beautiful neighborhood. My mom Three restaurants within walking distance are a plus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!!

We loved our stay in Charlestown. The place was clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were relaxing. We loved hanging on the back sunroom. Would recommend!!!

Girls' weekend

This home is beautiful, very nicely decorated! It was nice to have bedrooms away from the main area as not everyone in our group are early risers. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and there were plenty, so there was no waiting for a bathroom. The area is nice, evening music at the restaurant next door which we enjoyed on the patios. The half-block to the beach made things convenient, and we enjoyed eating at the River Shack next door. We DEFINITELY will rent this again next year!

Perfect weekend getaway

The listing was exactly as described. The 4 bedroom 3 bath home was perfect for our 2 families. Plenty of space inside and outside. The location was even better than expected. Great views of the water. Thanks for providing a great property for our family and friends.

Beautiful house near the river.

Very nice house. Only caveat is that there is a large restaurant next to the house with live outdoor music on the weekends. If you have young children with early bedtimes the music could be problematic.

Beautiful home, great historic neighborhood. Water is steps away…

The house is beautifully decorated. We loved the sunroom and the view of the river. Bedrooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful and had great showers. We enjoyed being so close to 3 different restaurants and loved listening to the live entertainment from The Wellwood! Excellent seafood! The beach is steps away and enjoyed walking the historic neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing was there was no hot tub as was in the description. (it was in the high 90s so we probably wouldn’t have used anyway). We discovered Havre de Grace and loved this little town. Go to La Cucina! Excellent Italian food!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great family place!

This place is just perfect for a family getaway! There is so much room for privacy but it has a wonderful enclosed porch for being together. We loved the view of the water and the proximity to that and the restaurants. It is in a very nice neighborhood. Loved the ability to adjust individual room air! The only drawback was the lack of some amenities that we are accustomed to in previous rentals. There was no coffee pot or salt and pepper and there are limited towels - especially hand towels. Overall a great place and we would choose again if we are ever in the area.

Wonderful for multiple families!

Great place for multiple families to stay. Property was clean and had the basics- appreciated the welcome binder. Spacious and bathroom showers were fantastic. Walking distance to a few local fun restaurants. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the weather. Property owner responsive and easy to communicate with throughout booking. Would definitely stay here again,

Charlestown Stay

Our family stayed at the Water View House for our daughter’s college grad weekend. The home is clean, updated and very comfortable. We arrived a little early and just let us check in.Great neighborhood to walk around in with the water down the street. Great food at local restaurants. We would definitely return.
