Amber provides a wonderful place for a great vacation and is very responsive! Beautifully decorated and very clean! The condo has so many extras, has many things most places don’t provide. My family had an amazing vacation in this condo! The unit is spacious, impeccably decorated, and incredibly clean and fresh! We were all blown away when we walked in. The pictures actually don't even do it justice if you can believe that! Everything was new and updated and the view took our breath away. Amber is wonderful to work with and is quick to answer any questions you have. She has thought of everything with this unit and it truly feels like a home away from home. We were pleasantly surprised to find a full tower of spices along with plates, napkins, all cooking supplies and utensils, ziplock bags, and even Q-Tips! We loved having all of the cleaning supplies already in the unit as well as the extra beach chairs, towels, and pool toys! All you need to bring is yourself, your clothes, and your swimsuit and you are set for an amazing vacation. The parking is easy to navigate and we never had an issue with finding a luggage cart. The condo was quiet at night and we slept like bricks! The condo is just so comfortable we didn't want to leave. Thank you, Amber, for letting us use your beautiful home for the week. We loved every minute of it! 10/10!

In 2017, we embarked on a journey to embrace the southern charm of Nashville, TN, bidding farewell to the frosty northern winters. With over two decades of experience in owning and managing long-term rental properties, we decided to dive into a new adventure – our very first beach vacation rental at Ramsgate Harbour, a dream realized in 2016.

Over the years, we've explored the diverse landscapes along the Florida coast and the Panhandle. The allure of the quiet, family-friendly western end of Panama City Beach captured our hearts. The decision to invest in beachfront condos in this serene locale was an easy one. We love the peaceful ambiance of the less congested west end, and Celadon, being the last high-rise heading west from PCB with only houses beyond, emerged as the perfect BEACHFRONT spot – an idyllic setting for relaxation and creating cherished family memories.

Managing our five beach condos is a deeply personal endeavor. Each condo is crafted as a "home away from home," meticulously designed for maximum comfort. Regular visits allow us to keep things fresh and ensure that our properties consistently meet the high standards we set. Staying in one of our beachfront condos is an experience distinct from those run by larger management companies. We take pride in providing all the thoughtful extras that make your stay truly special.

Why they chose this property

Please note that despite Vrbo potentially displaying our condos in the Miramar Beach area, all our properties are situated on the western end of PCB. Celadon Beach, specifically, is positioned on the quiet and family-friendly west end of PCB. As you head west on Front Beach Rd, Celadon stands as the very last high rise. Adjacent to Celadon, you'll find beach homes, providing ample space to relax away from the crowds.

Celadon offers two pools—one gulf front and one indoor/outdoor heated pool. Additionally, the complex boasts two hot tubs, a tennis court, shuffleboard, and a fitness facility.

Unit 2108 holds a special place for us, being our third condo purchase at Celadon Beach. It is also our most upscale unit of the four that we own at Celadon. In November 2024, unit 2108 underwent a studs out complete renovation. EVERYTHING is brand new and upscale. We promise you will not be disappointed in this unit! The sofa is supremely comfortable as are all of the brand-new beds & mattresses. We've added a cozy built in fireplace, Samsung soundbar & leather dining chairs & side chairs. We've also enhanced the balcony furniture to ensure your enjoyment of the breathtaking scenery in utmost comfort. We cherish our time spent at this condo and are confident that you and your family will too!
