Thoughtfully designed for both couples and families, Caviar Cottage combines upscale touches with practical amenities. With hardwired ethernet, Wi-Fi, and a built-in sound system, it’s easy to blend work, play, and entertainment in a peaceful coastal setting.

For year-round comfort, the home features a 2-ton central air system with UVC air sanitization, plus a Wi-Fi–controlled Nest thermostat so we can ensure the perfect arrival temperature upon request. Throughout the home, smart Lutron dimmers with Pico remotes on stands let you set the mood — whether it’s movie night, dinner with family, or winding down after a day by the water.

I chose this amazing location for this delightful rental because of the area's fascinating history and rejuvenating salt water air. Being conveniently located near the water. Just minutes from Kemah Boardwalk and Galveston. San Leon, a thriving Texas city, boasts a robust oyster and shrimp fishing industry, with many residents commuting to Houston. Approximately 1 mile to the stunning Pier, 6 seafood restaurant. Jean Lafitte, a legendary pirate, left an indelible mark on Spanish Texas, including Galveston, where he built a residence known as Maison Rouge. San Leon's economy is heavily reliant on oyster and shrimp fishing, with many homes serving as summer vacation residences. The community's unique blend of suburban and rural characteristics.
