The apartment was super clean, the beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the showers. It had everything we needed for our long weekend get-away. The best parts were its location 5 houses from the beach path and the chairs, towels and coolers available to use there. The hosts very quickly responded to all our questions. There was a minor issue but was taken care of within an hour and they were out of town! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a very quiet neighborhood. It was about equal distance to the northernmost and southernmost part of the beach. Publix was a 10-15 minute walk for groceries. The place was clean and the host did an excellent job of communicating.

Wonderful place 1 block from the water. Very well maintained property.

Wonderful place. The size was perfect for our family celebration of our 25th and parents 50th anniversary. Lovely little town just minutes from the property. Would come back again.

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay. This property is conveniently located, with just a 2 minute walk to the beach, and within walking distances to the grocery store and great restaurants. The owners have also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons, coolers and bikes for all to use. It is a lovely property and we would stay there again in a heart beat.

Great rental

We really enjoyed our stay. We spent a couple of days on the private beach access and then drive to Sanibel and Captiva the other two days. Private beach access area was not over crowded at all and very easy to access. The property itself had everything you could possibly need to make the most of your stay in FMB.

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean, nicely decorated. Everything you need for the beach is provided. The master bedroom king bed is very comfortable. Perfect vacation get away location.

Perfect!

Just a 1/2 block to a quiet part of the beach! Well supplied with awesomebeach equipment(chairs, cooler etc). Kitchen had everything needed- nice pans! We enjoyed our outdoor seating areas and the quiet neighborhood. We checked out the farmers market(1 block north) and MoundHouse-also a short walk! Thanks for the great winter vacation!

Highly recommend!

We just returned from a 3 night stay at this beautiful property. The owners made the whole process simple and were great with quick communication if we had a question. The property was beautiful. Clean and well-equipped. It was a very short walk to restaurants, shops, and private beach access, which was priceless. We basically had the whole area of beach to ourselves. When we looked further down the beach in either direction, there were crowds, but not where we were - it was WONDERFUL to have our own space on the beach! We would definitely stay here again and we would recommend this home to anyone going to Fort Myers Beach!

Relaxing home away from home

My husband and I, along with sister and husband stayed for a week. The place was completely remodeled, clean, equipped with everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. The beach was just across the street not even 1/4 mile and we were only a walk or a trolley ride away from town. Neighborhood was very friendly and safe. Grocery store and farmers market were close. We didn’t need a thing from owners while we were there but contact with them before we came was quick when we had any questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was below average, at best . However it could have been above average but it’s just really poorly maintained. The pictures that are listed don't show how the property really looks. over flowing trash cans sitting right outside entrance for days , Laundry room was rusty washing machine, with exposed insulation in the walls. The coffee pot had rust on it, the other amenities provided were cheap and worn out. The entrance door looked like it had been broken into and not repaired correctly. The large vent for AC, was filthy and had visible signs of wear on the grid. Large oil stains on the broken concrete as we entered in to the place. All lawn chairs, coolers , etc provided were no usable, and in fact looked moldy. We had booked it for 12+ days , we left after 3 days because we paid a premium price for our stay and felt duped out of our money ! I have ALL the pictures to reinforce my findings.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location!!!! What else can we say! The property is located mid-beach. You have a quiet area to relax with your family, but if you want to be in the middle of the action then just head 5 minutes up the island. We are ideally located, close to the grocery, restaurants, the public water park, the trails, the library with sky view dining, and the bay. Trolley is 75Cents or $2 a day and the Tram is a free and convenient way to get around or use one of the two bikes we have available to guests.

Completely updated with all the amenities you need to feel at home. BBQ area and outdoor dining as well as private terrace, make this the ideal place to relax and socialize.
