Kom og oplev et stænk af paradis. Gå på den hvide sandstrand Crescent Beach, gå beskydning, finde sand dollars, se delfiner eller bare slappe af ved poolen. Det er alt muligt, når du bestiller dit ophold på dette 2 soveværelser, 2 bad condominium beliggende på solrige Marco Island.

Vores hjem har nye møbler, nyt tæppe, opgraderet køkken, fladskærms-smart HD-tv, gratis wi-fi i enheden og meget mere! Slap af på stranden eller udsætte den 32 fods Lanai på en solrig eftermiddag. Vores enhed er komplet med fuld køkken og snackbar, alle apparater, fade og bestik. Vi leverer masser af håndklæder, strandstole, paraply og en strand vogn.
Der er en rummelig master suite med en king size seng over kigger i Mexicogolfen.
Det 2. soveværelse indeholder 2 FULL SIZE senge, HD fladskærms-tv. . Hvert soveværelse har eget badeværelse. Stuen har udsigt over stranden og kan komfortabelt plads til 4 - 6 personer. Dette Condo er smagfuldt indrettet og har alle de bekvemmeligheder i hjemmet. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler er tilgængelige på samme etage.

* Byggeopdatering Sommer 2019 - Ejendommen i Sydsøen og vores lejlighed led store skader under orkanen Irma tilbage i september 2017.
Når du ankommer, vil du bemærke, at der er løbende arbejde på ejendommen, der gennemføres. Over 80 procent af vinduerne i tårn 3 og 70 procent af vinduerne i tårn 4 er planlagt til at blive udskiftet. Under dit ophold kan du opleve byggestøj som følge af det igangværende vinduesudskiftningsprojekt. Byggearbejde er mandag til fredag fra kl. 7:30 til 5 PM dagligt.

Craig is very responsive and the unit is perfect. Beautiful view of the beach and South Marco from Tigertail beach. Loved having an outside entry access rather than from a hallway like some of the other units have. We will stay here again for sure.

Great condo!

Condo was just as described. Well stocked and very clean. Beach cart and chairs were nice because it is a long walk to the water. Property grounds were well maintained. Owner was easy to communicate with and promptly responded to questions. Marco Island is beautiful! Highly recommend!

Amazing month in Marco!

We stayed for the month of February and had a great stay. Craig was a wonderful host - very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The condo is very updated, clean, in a great location with an amazing view of the beach. We would definitely rent this condo again!!

Wonderful condo with a great view

This condo had all I needed for my stay . It had a nice kitchen and a big porch with great places to sit and watch the sunset. Owner was very fast with communication. Location is right on Tiger tail , and it is the easiest of the four buildings to get out to the good part of the beach from.

Check in was easy, and the unit was impeccably clean. Had everything we needed including a beach wagon and plenty of beach chairs! Would try to stay at this unit everytime!!!

A great spot!

We had a great time on our first trip to Marco Island! The condo was perfect and we loved having beach chairs and coolers for our use. It’s a walk to get to the water, but well worth it once you’re there. Make sure to talk a walk to the lagoon to the right of the property...you can rent paddle boards and kayaks...it was so fun! We will definitely be back.

Delightful and lovely condo in a great location. Secure grounds. Many restaurants, shops and entertainment close by. Condo is a home away from home. Comfortable,clean and nicely decorated. Wide expanse of beach, but about a ten minute walk to oceanfront. Craig the owner is great to work with. Fast to respond to questions. We went to relax and met our goal. It was great. Will be back!

What a view!

Wonderful place with an amazing view! The 2 beds in second bedroom were not comfortable and the air conditioning is VERY loud but that’s our ONLY COMPLAINT. Everything including the grounds were clean and well groomed. Many rules and mostly over 50 people while we were there.

Tammy , Thank you for the 5 star review! A week before you arrived we had the AC system in the unit replaced. After reading your review I called the installer to check on the noise issue. It seems they did not replace the sound baffle in the unit. We were down about a week ago . Now the the sound baffle is in we found the AC noise level to be fine now. All is good again. The beds in the guest room were replaced in January 2021. We replaced them with brand new Zinus Memory foam mattresses'. They are soft but firm if that makes sense. We have had many positive comments regarding the guest room beds being full size beds, not twin size beds in the guest bedroom as most other condo units in our complex have. Craig

A Very Nice Home Away From Home

The unit is exactly as advertised. It contains very nice and clean furniture. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the unit internet service, flat screen tvs, and the cross air ventilation. We sat at the high table and chairs on the balcony daily enjoying the gulf view and sunsets. Having the fitness center in the same building is a plus. Craig was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Great experience

We had a great time staying in our apartment. It obviously needs a lot of updating but nevertheless it is a very nice place. It has everything you need, from pots and pans to beach chairs and umbrellas. You name it it's there. Sewing kit, light bulbs, cooking spices, puzzels, etc. Renting from Craig was very easy and I definitely recommend it! Thank you for a great experience!

Tigertail and Marco in December

We have stayed many times in apartments in the South Seas complex. Some have been updated, some have not. Some have good views and some have great views. Craig’s apartment is both nicely updated and has a great view. The updates include a spacious refrigerator a very effective sink and an efficient and quiet dishwasher. The apartment is on the 4th floor with balcony views to the WSW which means sunsets and beach vistas. Very nice. Kitchen has lots of all the right tools and the main room has a mirrored wall and a 4 person (could fit 6 if needed) glass eating table. As always with Tigertail Beach area, it is a long walk from the back gate to the beach because the beach is pretty wide here. However you also get the lovely mangroves that are the inlet’s setting. Really enjoyed this one!

Another relaxing stay at Casa del sol

The owner of the condo was just finishing up repairs from hurricane Irma when we contacted him. We had rented this condo before and wanted to stay there again. Craig informed us that because of the storm there was no access to the balcony because the doors blew out and were still boarded up. We decided to stay here anyway. There had been major damage to the condo from the storm. But other than the boarded up balcony doors (which we knew about) the condo was back in excellent condition. It was clean and looked perfect, the owner had just finished repairing all the damage from the hurricane. In addition to everything else that had been repaired, there was new carpet and a new master bathroom sink and vanity. We were ok with staying in the unit even though we could not use the balcony. There still was evidence of hurricane damage on the island and on the condo common grounds, but everything was back up and open when we were there. The beach and the weather was beautiful as usual. Thank you Monica. Everyone worked extremely hard to get the condo repaired and put back together. The restoration team at the association has been working non stop since Irma hit to ensure the grounds were ready for visitors to return. They have been amazing!

1st Experience on Marco Island

We stayed here mid-May with 2 teenage daughters and had a fabulous time! Highly recommend and will be returning. Craig and Maria are easy to work with and give good instructions regarding the condo facilities rules etc and answer any questions you may have before going. First, the condo is a nice size and very clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, we slept better than at home! My daughter fell asleep on the couch also as it was so comfortable. It is supplied with many conveniences. from the blowdryers to boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella etc. They have thought of everything. The lanai is a great size and has a beautiful view. We sat out there daily. My older daughter used the exercise room without complaint. We used the laundry facilities-very clean (follow instructions & the dryer takes more than one cycle). We loved the pool (warm). The whole building/grounds is very clean and quiet during our stay. The kitchen is stocked with nice dishes, pans, coffee maker, utensils, blender, ice maker..everything you need. Also, there are some basics there for use like salt/pepper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, TP etc, but we were unsure so had shopped prior to our arrival and stocked up on those things and left behind the unused. There are misc. supplies like this that I am sure others have left behind. Craig gave us great suggestions on dining and entertainment while we visited. There are restaurants in walking distance. There is a car service available on the island (ACarr) that is complimentary from South Sea's to certain restaurants. We used them one evening and they were timely, friendly and convenient! Also used Uber one night because we forgot about this service. Parking can be challenging for some establishments. I do suggest walking to Sami's while there. Inexpensive, great food, great customer service. We arrived from the Fort Myers airport. Easy drive there. We stopped at WalMart Supercenter in Naples for groceries, it is right on the way, easy to find. On the Island there is a Publix and Winn Dixie we used with liquor stores. Winn Dixie was clean and less expensive. Lots of fun shops, restaurants, parks and things to do. I recommend Florida Adventures for an awesome Dolphin sightseeing boat ride. The condo is right on the beach but it is about a 10 min walk to the water (BIG beach). The beach is clean with lots of shells. Loved our beach walks. Lots of wildlife to see! Even dolphins frequently. Highly recommend!

Marco Getaway

Great location in Marco. Condo was clean & tidy. Bit of a walk to the beach, but view was wonderful. Missed the part about the laundry not being included. We had a card to load money on for laundry use. Plenty of space, beds were comfortable. Pool was very nice even though it was closed half our stay because of maintenance issues. Lots of families. Had a small issue with the air when we first arrived but the owner was easy to contact & had it resolved right away. Only point of frustration was getting in the gate after check-in because we did not purchase the barcode. Probably worth the 10 extra dollars. Definitely will make our list for future stays.

Great place for our family to relax

Owners are very helpful and have a wonderful place they are sharing. We were looking for a relaxing city anywhere in Florida that wasn't overly commercialized. Marco Island was definitely what we needed and this place is right on the beach with great amenities. The beach is expansive and so helpful to have the cart and beach chairs and other things available for our use! We searched for a site with tennis courts and they were very well maintained and the gentlemen caring for it were very nice (clay courts). When we find ourselves back in Marco Island we hope this property is available to us.

Awesome condo

We love how the condo is right next to the beach, and we could access the beach via a short boardwalk. The condo also has everything we need for a really fabulous stay (utensils, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagon,) The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the condo apartment, but more with the burgermeister pool attendant - she wants all the kids to be sitting in the pool, quietly.

After coming down for 9 years we really got used to getting out of the cold Minnesota winters for a couple of weeks in January. We found it was a great way to break up the long winters. Now not only are we fortunate enough to enjoy our own place on the beach of Marco, but we get to share the experience with others.

It's funny, our friends always ask us what we have planned for our trip to Marco and we just laugh and say 'nothing' For us that's the best part of coming to Marco Island, we don't have to plan. It's a great place to simply come and relax and take each day one at at a time. Lots of beach time, pool time, Pickleball or maybe a round of golf or two, Then it's a beverage of your choice at sunset! Not to mention the boating , fishing and shelling, walks on the beach that is part of daily life on Marco Island.
Our 2 girls have been coming to Marco since they were born. They love the beach, especially going to the beach early in the morning to look for sand dollars.
Marco Island does have plenty to do. Lots of great restaurants, fresh seafood, boat and jet ski rentals, pickle ball, golf, fishing, biking, parasailing and much more. So whether your looking to come and veg out and recharge your batteries or you want to be more active, there really is something for everyone here. Marco Island is the perfect vacation destination.
