The Eiffel Tower Suite is a two bedroom, luxury Paris vacation rental in the center of the world's most visited neighborhood. Quiet and relaxing, walk outside and you feel like the Eiffel Tower could fall on you. The Apartment has all new furnishings and antiques (pre-war Metro bench from a Paris Bistro), oriental carpets, 32 in flat screen tv, free idd, wifi, a king-sized Canopy Bed and two high quality Simmons single bed (can make a queen), fully fitted Kitchen with Cable TV carrying the Movie Channel, eight Sports Channels, and Children's channels. Fourth floor with elevator, the Suite is cool, very light and quiet with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Paris.

Every guest is special. Walk outside for bistros, cafes, bakers butchers, grocery stores, to the Eiffel or to the Seine and beyond.

The location ( within sight of Eiffel Tower ) was fabulous. Bedrooms were large although first one had no storage at all. Good for families as you must walk through one bedroom to get to the second one. Bathroom was tiny; shower worked well.

Apartment is in a perfect location. It’s a nice size for up to 4 people. It is very easy to get around Paris from here. There are many nice bistros within walking distance. Price is extremely reasonable. Having AC during the heatwave of August 2026 was a life saver. The clothes washer was an extra nice convenience. Check-in and check-out were easy. Highly recommend it.

It was a clean space. Location was great. No view of the Eiffel tower from the actual apartment but right outside the building. It was perfect for our stay with our two young adult boys. The AC was a bonus!!! Really kept the space cool. There was a hiccup with check in so we had to wait in the lobby for about 20 min but all in all really great host/communication.

We stayed at this apartment for four nights in the middle of a historic heatwave. Thankfully, the apartment had a portable air conditioner. The apartment is in an amazing location, close to great restaurants and two blocks from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay hear again if returning to Paris.

This was a great location and property was as described. It is small but well laid out, and had everything we as four 70 year old friends needed for our 1 week stay in Paris! Note that one bedroom is accessed from the other, if that is important. Would return!

Amazing location for a Paris getaway. The apartment is small but so comfortable, with a stylish bohemian vibe. Every convenience is provided for. Great restaurants nearby (we loved the cafe next door!) and just a couple blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Can’t wait to come back!

Our group of 4 adults enjoyed the location very much. Close walk to Metro, restaurants, pharmacies,supermarkets and Boulangerie. To walk out the front door and view the Eiffel Tower so close was fabulous. Having a lift in the building was useful as the four flights of stairs can be tiring in the heat wave we experienced during our stay. Cooling systems provided were adequate but noisy during the night. Access from the second bedroom is through the first bedroom which can be a bit intrusive. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would choose to stay here again if ever we return to Paris.

This was a perfect location. Eiffel Tower bakery, groceries,restaurant, shop, bus ticket agent all within walking distance.Quiet pleasent and very clean and tidy. Absolutely everything we needed to make snacks and a charming welcome basket to greet us!

The Meh:The only way to access the second bedroom is by walking through the first. The first bedroom has only a bench at the end of the bed to set your things. The dresser drawers in the second bedroom are difficult to use so only the top of the dresser was good for storage of our things. The bathroom is very tiny, but expected by the pictures. The bathroom has an odour similar to cat urine. Overall the apartment felt dingy and in need of a good scrubbing. Not dirty, but not fresh and welcoming. The location is hard to beat! Very walkable to major attractions and just 5 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower. The only drawback was a technician was scheduled at 8am resulting in unknown men in our apartment with my wife and 2 small children. We were only made aware of this after arriving. I see this as a one off thing and would stay here again!

Great location. Very nice building with elevator. Apt itself was as described with everything you’d need. The bathroom is TINY! It wouldn’t be an issue for everyone but my son is 6’7”. Mark was accommodating and easy to correspond with.

This apartment was perfect for my family of 4. It's in a prime location just off the main drag, but close enough to walk to the main sites or hop in a metro. The views if the Eiffel tower as you step out of the aprtment were incredible. There were a lot of good restaurants in thebarea.

Family of four - really enjoyed!

Family of four from Australia (including two teenagers). The two bedrooms were great, and the family room/kitchen was all we needed. And so close to the Eiffel Tower! Would definitely recommend.
